This is one of the nicest hotels for the low price I've ever stayed in. The clerk was very pleasant, the room was nicely decorated and super comfy beds, quiet heat/cooling and very nice bathroom. Quiet convenient location.

Room was quiet. Comfortable bed. Good wi-fi in rooms. Very comfortable chair to sit on at desk while using laptop. Location close to airport and the interstate. Hotel had an elevator. I liked the yogurt for breakfast. Hotel room was clean. Micro/fridge came in handy. Quick and easy check in and out of hotel. Having to change rooms due to the A/C not working well. Problem did get resolved to my satisfaction.

The appearance as we drove up to the Inn, it is pet friendly, was casual enough to relax, the breakfast, a double bed room that we needed I missed having more of a selection of places to order out for food to be delivered. When I booked the room by internet I entered all the info we needed. However, when we arrived the personnel didn't seem to have that information.

Everything about this hotel was clean, nice, friendly staff, great continental breakfast. Excellent hotel at an excellent price. Highly recommended. We will stay there every time we are in Boise.

Great rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Morning continental breakfast was great. Allot of variety. The waffles were awesome. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I have no complaints and would come back and stay again. Thanks

Great price for a comfortable clean room. Comfy beds and nice bedding. Hotel has been updated nicely Wish pool was inside. Breakfast items were almost gone when we went down at 930am. I didn't expect much but clearly there had been more items and they were gone. No toast, muffins, yogurt, or fruit.

A shuttle picked me up for the airport at 4:45 A.M. I left my car at the airport and walked to the hotel in about 10 minutes--very close. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was not early enough for really early flights--for an airport hotel. It would be nice to at least have juice rolls and tea/coffee out--since I paid for the breakfast. Sits on a hill above the freeway and was somewhat noisy. The hotel was an excellent value for the money and very nice, but I would never consider it a 3 star as it's rated on the website.

We were traveling and decided to stop in Boise for the night. I was concerned that the hotel wouldn't be terribly good because the price was great. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the comfort. Everything was great.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The common areas and the rooms were very clean. This hotel was right by the airport and I was very surprised at how quiet it was. The hotel was very full and I did not hear a thing from fellow guests. It is a bit hard to control the temperature of the room.

Everything!! The price was amazing!! The continental breakfast ran later so it was convenient if you slept in. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff were there waiting to great you!! It's right next to the airport and not far from shops, dining, ect! Inn America is a must. Wish there were more locations. That there are only 2 locations in the usa. Wish they would open more!!
