Everything. A perfect place where to stay
nothing. Everything was excellent
Location not bad. Breakfast was fair. All round wash a very comfortable stay with very friendly staff who made you feel welcome.
It was a good location in the heart of River North. The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. I was glad they had an ethernet connection in addition to the WiFi so that I could plug my computer in directly and get better broadband.
We stayed in a king room; too much noise from early morning construction work from building across alley. The room is just a bed and a desk; no separate seating area (even a chair) was provided. So it was a bit tight if the two of you have different sleeping habits and are awake at different times.
the staff are very helpful ... be far away from the fire Dept sirens ... take upper floor 6 and above
the sirens of the fire department and you could hear the talk of the fire fighters from 12 am till 5 am... we couldn't sleep well at all
Great location. Very close to metro station and the vicinity a lot of restaurants and cafes. Chicago River area is in the range of 10 minutes of walking. Staff is very helpful and kind. WI-FI is complementary and working flawlessly. Breakfast is ok typical American Breakfast ;) Rooms are clean and comfortable. Definetly great choice if you would like to discover Chicago and be in the downtown.
The staffs are very friendly. The overall condition of the hotel is great!
The NBA channel was down for the entire hotel. We called and didn't get it fixed in the end.
Room are big Staff are kind and helpful Foods is good
Clean, great location, comfortable bed, good towels and big shower Friendly staff
Small room, average breakfast items, had to reconnect to wifi each day
Location close to shopping on Michigan Ave and State St, as well as several well-known downtown restaurants and bars, so there's plenty to do by day and night. Very clean; not huge, so customer service is a priority.
Situated across from a busy fire station.
good continental breakfast
set up of the breakfast area was inconvenient to a steady flow for the number of guests.
location, cleanliness, high standard of the room
air conditioning was not working properly: when I set 22 Celsius it was blowing with extremely hot air, but with 21,5 degree it was icy; disgusting breakfast served on disposable dishes
location, cleanliness, amenities... everything was perfect!
Fire RIGHT across the street. Random sirens could be a problem for light sleepers.
location staff comfort
all my phone cant connect through wifi
Everything . This hotel could easily be considered the role model for other hotels to emulate.
I cannot think of anything negative towards this fantastic hotel in Chicago/downtown area
Staff Cleanliness Free breakfast
This hotel is within walking distance of the best sights in Chicago, just a few blocks north if the river. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff.
I was surprised to find that we were across the street from a fire station, which may have accounted for the good price, but aside from one alarm, we weren't really bothered by the noise. Still slept well. The room was pretty sound proof from the normal traffic sounds.
Staff were top notch! So close to the Mag mile! Great quality
Valet parking was very expensive
Staff very courteous. Breakfast staff were exceedingly pleasant. We have come to expect this from Marriott Hotels. The facility was clean and up to date.
As long as you don't get a lower level on the alley side it's great. Early am you have the garbage trucks parked in the alley.
The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly
The staff was very helpful and very very nice. Everybody did their best to make us feel at home. Great location, great breakfast. The most wonderful staff we have ever met.
Excellent location, Extremely Clean
Price of parking, but it is a major city so was anticipated
1.5 blocks from Boss Bar. Great location. Friendly Staff. Easy access from South Shore Line.
Hated to spend money in Obama's home town.
