Different but nice
The bed and the hot tub.
The price of the stay because the online prices was cheaper the food , and I left a blanket that I received from my grandparents I tried calling the next day and spoke to a staff member they promise me a return call never receive the call I tried calling back but wasn't able to reach anyone.
Dimitri was exceptionally professional and courteous.
I love this hotel! The rooms are huge and it seems like you are staying in a cool apartment rather than a hotel. The staff is great and always helpful. Try the Greek yogurt!
Big rooms, nice beds, nice balcony.
We were waiting 20 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk, I had to rummage through their front desk to find a random number to call for someone to check us in. The room was nice and came with a free bottle of wine, however, no corkscrew. So, more waiting. The hotel is "eco" so lights turn on/off from motion but not so great when you are in the shower and the lights go off and the only way for the motion sensor to pick you up was to get back out of the shower. The TV remote was not programmed correctly and it would take a good five minutes of turning on and off the TV and Cable Box until they both synced up.
Not one thing. Cutthroat policies and horrible rooms.
This is not a luxury hotel. It is a replica of a European style hotels. Do not expect to walk into a "comfy" room. Worse was that I had a family emergency and had to leave after one night and they insist on charging me for the entire stay. They claim this is industry policy. I have NEVER left a hotel early, due to any circumstance, and get charged for the entire stay. Despite what appears on the website, my room was ugly. A card table in the living area; no coffee table in front of the TV; for some reason two TVs, one in front of the other in the sitting area; a "balcony" that is described as "walking" because it is about a foot wide and overlooks a busy street. The only "spa" thing about the room was a tub.
Everything was great. Location is great. Located next to $4 weekend parking.Everything the harbor has to offer is within walking distance.
Only thing that I didn't like was that the wifi was a little weak on the lower levels.
A nicely appointed hotel room that was large, clean, and light filled. The authentic “Organic” experience and “Going Green" makes a strong statement for future changes in the hospitality industry. Hotel was in a great location within blocks of dining and other attractions in Fells Point. Must also acknowledge the close proximity to a dedicated service stop for the harbor Water Taxi.
I had no negative experiences.
Area rugs vs wall to wall carpet. Calming paint colors Location Ease of parking
Nice facility, great location
Over priced for what you get, seems as though you are more paying for the trendiness of staying at a "green" hotel, than for good customer service and reasonably priced amenities. Customer service was fair.
