The interior design, the cleanliness of the room
Hearing other customers, through the wall between rooms.
Near airport. Nice view of harbour from some rooms.
Comfortable bed and clean
Location near ocean but kind of tacky
It was a very comfortable and clean apartment and offered all I needed for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view on Boston harbour is great too. It's a complex of apartments on two levels, not a big hotel as the photos seemed to suggest (to me anyway).
It was further out than I thought; also less quiet than I thought as you can hear planes taking off from Boston airport quite well even with the windows closed (but it didn't disturb my sleep). I felt it was a bit expensive considering these things.
The view !! Easy access to public transportation, easy access to downtown Boston.
Very small bathroom!
The room was very good and spacious. The bed comfortable and the view across Boston Harbour very nice. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchen which was well equipped but we did not use as we were out all of the time. There is also a communal kitchen and a beautiful large communal sitting room looking out over the bay. The staff were very helpful. Although a bit of a distance from down town Boston, this was no chore as we enjoyed the neighbourhood and the regular bus to the Blue Line train makes the journey relatively short. The value is extremely good
It was very cold whilst we were in Boston and the room air-conditioner was not functioning well so we slept quite cold the first two nights until it was rectified. We arrived late on our check-in day and the late check-in key box was incorrectly programmed so we had to get the night manager to come down to the office when we were tired and cold. The front desk charged my credit card I used for the reservation without my knowledge. I wanted to use a different card but they didn't wait.
Location was lovely , staff were helpful , except one young man who told us we had only booked a basic room !!!
The room was exceptionally small, I hit my head on the rafters twice
everything from A to Z
Great Staff, clean room
small room distance from Boston a bit pricey, but due to lack of availability, best deal I could find
The view over the harbor and the Boston Skyline. Nice and helpful employees. They suggested to go for diner to the Antique Tabel, a nice restaurant with good food. The bed was good, although a little to short. Perfect Shower.
There is not much to do close by and it is a bit noisy, I could hear the airco of other rooms.
Very clean, nice location close to Boston.
This place jas a great view of the Boston Skyline and although we stayed in their smallest room it was fine as we went into the city and only slept there one night. There's a bus that goes to the blue line and you can be in the north end or at Fanuiel Hall in about 20 min. I will stay here again.
The bed had a plastic cover under the sheets that made some noise ;) Other than that everything was fine.
The view was fabulous. Am anxious to visit in the spring when I can enjoy the balcony
I e-mailed a change to a different credit card from the one I made the reservation with and the charge went on the original credit card and they would not change it for me when I checked it. This did not make me happy
1. The hotel is very comfortable. 2. We got a bathroom as bigger as our bedroom. 3. Tidy.
1. We got a bedroom as bigger as the bathroom - the room is really small,. 2. No elevator. Even there only has two floors, but when you are carrying three lage luggages, you will still find is inconvenience. 3. Not enough plugs.
Great view of Boston, handy Rustic Table bar (for burgers) and Osaka Japanese bar and restaurant.
Inability to control aircon and no in-room hair dryer, coffee facility or mini fridge.
staff wrongly accused you of things you didn't do
The room was comfortable, and old fashioned. It was walking distance from a shop and restaurant. It was easy to just stay there.
Being under the weather when I got there. I didn't get to experience much of the city.
We had a queen bed, kitchen room combination, which was very nice. The cleanliness was all you would expect, the room was tastefully decorated. The location was great.
The bed! Having a bad back, a firm mattress is a real "Must" and this let the room down tremendously! The mattress was so soft it was soggy... I'm also a smoker, but understand my status as social pariah...so in my "Special Requests" bit on the reservation form, I asked for a room with a balcony, upon which I may indulge my filthy habit. I feel that this is reasonable, sparing non smokers a stinky room, whilst allowing smokers to still have a pleasant stay. The hoteliers here are rabid anti smoking to the point of being intrusive...so, that said, a fair summary...
We have stayed here before, the staff are lovely and the rooms are immaculately clean and very comfortable.
Soundproofing is non existent even in the very expensive condos. We stayed in a regular room this time and were disturbed by other guests in adjacent rooms and rooms above ours then were wakened very early by guests making breakfast in the communal kitchen. Just be aware that few Americans know how to talk quietly or considerately
Amazing view of the Boston skyline Very clean Very comfortable Up-to-date
Very small bathroom, but serviceable Not close to Boston Metro train
View, TV, accommodations for the comfort of the guest. Very welcoming and affordable.
It actually was quite perfect - can accommodate traveler who needs wireless in their room, or living room space/kitchen can provide wireless, so all needs met in a great waterfront home that has all modern needs met. But the B&B feel is outstanding.
Im a mover and have traveled and stayed every where. This place is the most. The galley is a awesome idea for small inn. Oh my gosh. And the fact I was in the first snow of the season was amazing.
We had a nice bright room with excellent kitchen facilities. The view was lovely overlooking the Harbour. It is close to bus stops for transfers to blue line but a long way from the town centre. There are restaurants close by but they are closed on Mondays.
The room had a fusty smell and the bed linen was not very good, needs replacing. The journey to Boston is about 45mins.
Everything g was nice and clean good job
