Nice big rooms.
Airport plane noise. Twenty minute bus ride to subway and then another twenty minutes on subway with connections not so good. Station too far way to walk.
The aircondition was only adjustable from the staff at the reception which did not really work. A nice but windy room.
Good location with lovely views and easy access to the centre of Boston. Very helpful and friendly staff at reception.
The bed was a bit on the small side for 2 adults. Also the mattress could probably do with being replaced.
planes flying over, parking a little cramped
The location, style of property, so very clean, all amenities including free parking. The recommended places to eat were really very good. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
Access to Ted Williams Tunnel.
Didn't know that airplanes at Logan were allowed to take off after 10 p.m.
New and fresh, nice common kitchen facilities, close to public transportation, nice beaches within walking distance
Not much selection for dining nearby
Beautiful views and great hospitality! Can't wait to return!
Bathroom a bit small but this is just a small inconvenience.
Bed was comfy Room was nice and clean Pool overlooking bay
Hard to find/location Hot tub not working Water dripping outside on AC Under flight path Door hard to open No coffee in room No pool towels Light bulbs burned out
No staff on site when we arrived (away at business meeting). Never did see any staff member. Did not want to deal with self-serve check in. Nobody available to answer questions. No rebate offered for inconveniences. Light from side of building shone into room. Small room.
Fantastic staff. Thanks for Janice for her help. Very charming place with ample parking, gorgeous pool and views of the Boston Harbour. Very cute rooms with all the facilities.
The property is fairly old so despite being fully renovated, you can still smell a bit of old/smoke (at least in room 208). Not a deal whatsover as we opened the windows and had a great night.
We cannot recommend The Inn at Crystal Cove enough! We were suprised at the quality, cleanliness and luxury of the suite. It had been recently updated w/high end fixtures and appliances. The finishing touches were quality as was the workmanship. It looks like they used an interior designer for such a beautiful space. Our kitchen came stocked w/everything you would need except for the food itself. If you had a room that did not have a kitchen, there was a large shared kitchen on the first floor. It was georgous and well stocked also with highend appliances. Our only regret was that we could only stay the one night.
Had a room with a small bed for 2 adults
only 6 miles from the airport, quick access from a lovely little neighborhood with good restaurants and stores.
Since it was so close to the airport it was near flight paths which were a bit noisy outside, nice and quiet inside tho :)
Internet connection was in and out.
Beautiful view, room was comfortable, price was affordable, location was close to our destination
Spaces in parking lot were very close and made it difficult to maneuver into and out of lot. Room was small and there were no elevators.
Cute decorations, nice main building, close drive to Boston, nice worker, comfy bed
Our room was right beside the office and the walls are paper thin and there was no privacy, you could hear everything. The first night our room was freezing, we woke up shaking and it was warmer outside. There is no thermostat in the room, so if it is cold you are out of luck. No breakfast provided by the Inn, but they do tell you where to go nearby. TV behind bed.
Lovely staff, beautiful room and a really nice stay. The view of the harbour was gorgeous and nothing could have been better. Would definitely recommend
The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and well maintained.Really nice (though small) bathroom! Overall a nice location.
Rooms are small but still fine for a few nights. If visiting Boston by public transportation, it takes close to an hour (bus + subway) but bus stop is really at the hotel's corner!
Quaint town. Pleasant staff. Very clean
I didn't like the common kitchen outside our room. Late night guests were chatting it up outside our door while we were trying to sleep.
View was very nice, you must reserve room with a view, otherwise it is not worth the price. Apart from airplanes landing nearby it was very quiet. No noises from other rooms. Place was very clean, we could even take a bath in bathtub - we generally do not do this in other hotels because of dirt. Place was very cosy, lots of dimmed lights and so on. There was a kitchen on the 2nd floor, you had everything you could need for making a meal. Fridge, microwave, ice making machine, lots of dishes.
There is no way to turn off air condition, because of that we were cold at night. WiFi was barely accessible. This is a common curse of all hotels I guess.
The staff, particularly the lady that cleaned our room (109) and the front desk (Barbara, Janice) were the best we have enoountered, helpful and friendly. The room was nicely appointed. The view (when you leave the hotel) is beautiful: water, boats and ships and Boston at the distance. Some rooms have balconies with that view.
1. The TV hangs from the wall. In our room the head of the bed is located directly under the TV. Want to watch some TV from bed? Put your head at the feet of the bed. 2. The room could locate one queen bed, instead it has been outfitted with two double beds. One is flush against the wall. If two people sleep in it, the one against the wall better have an stretchable bladder, if not and has to go to pee in the middle of the night will have to get up and walk (roll?) over the partner. 3. The hotel is located in a cute neighborhood with pretty little to do. So, you want to go Boston and not take the car. A good idea! Let's go to Cambridge! Walk 4 blocks, wait 15 minutes for the bus, travel 15 minutes, get into the subway and transfer twice. After three trains and some 45 minutes you're there! Some 1 to 1.5 hours of travel each way. And when we were there the weather was beautiful, because if not...
Loved the view. Loved the hotel. Very clean. We were not going to the city so this was nice for us.
Rather small rooms. Balcony very small, did not go there.
kitchenette in rooms was awesome - full size fridge and table and oven! very nice and clean modern. pool was great and huge playground that my seven year old loved
- The area seems nice but the proximity to the airport makes relaxation impossible - Cleanliness of the premises and rooms
- worst mattress ever! I have never had back problems before sleeping on this mattress for a week. This is an absolute no-no! - Noise from the airport, every single minute planes are taking off and this causes really a lot of noise, no chance to open the balcony door - controller for air conditioning is downstairs and can be adjusted by the staff for the entire floor, no chance to adjust it in the room
