I loved the location and the style of the room
Very clean, great location. Overlooked City Market which was a bonus
Location convenient to walking downtown; easy parking; staff very nice
Bathrooms are small and dated
It was close to everything and the staff was very nice. It was great having the parking right there.
We had loud neighbors and the street noise was bad in the middle of the night. MaDE it tough to sleep.
The bartender and the location of the hotel
7 pillows on the bed??? No need.
Location and reasonable price and great parking
Maid service was ok, but didn't service my room on one day and the same with another guest. Also you need a business center to get airline boarding passes.
Location was great. We parked our car and walked everywhere.
It got pretty loud as the bars started to let out at night. The rooms could definitely use an update. I would have been disappointed If I had paid full price for the room we had. I stopped by the concierge for a recommendation for sunday brunch. He sent us to the Hyatt (via the ferry). While the ferry was fun and the food was fabulous, he should have informed us that it would cost $55/person. We were treating our daughter and two college friends to brunch and ended up spending $277.00. Definitely not what we had intended.
GOOD LOCATION PEOPLE WERE FRENDLY..........
The location is excellent. Walking distance toeverything. The rooms and bed was very cocomfortable.
I can't think of anything.
Location was good. Right between riverstreet and ellis square
The room smelled a bit funny.
City centre location, reasonably quiet.
Breakfast was a bit limited.
The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing.Very unpleasant way to start your day of leisure. Both mornings, there was not enough food to accommodate the guests that came in. First morning, one waffle maker wasn't working and ran out of batter which wasn't refilled. Other choices ran empty and guests waited like vultures for replenishment. 2nd morning, same way and couldn't even get a cup of milk because was empty with other items. Had to stop for breakfast after checkout.
Great location Parking right behind hotel, you park yourself Staff really professional and helpful Awesome rooms Awesome bar!
Breakfast... Worst breakfast I ever had at a hotel...
When I asked to be moved because of noise, I was instantly accommodated. Great location for ease in walking to all sites. Great staff, especially Tiffani the bartender!
Noise on Bay Street side of hotel
We enjoyed the location and it's easy access to just about anything within a walking distance around the area!
We weren't in agreement with the daily charge for our vehicle parking. You would think that it would be a cortesy to the guests to park for Free but if they needed to charge, a less expensive amount would have been acceptable.
Location was great and staff was very helpful and accomodating, rooms were nicely updated.
Bathrooms could definitely use a remodel.
They we're disorganized, the bedroom was not clean, old coffee was left in the pot. The breakfast I tried, but didn't being my family to. WiFi didn't work. Won't stay there again.
Dinner too pricey. Bar food great and reasonable
The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit.
We could hear people in the hallway inside our room. The toilet in our room did not work our whole stay.
Could not regulate temperature in the shower!
Close to the river and right off Ellis square which was hopping.
Mystery $20 charge to my credit card not listed on my receipt which I will have to track down.
The room is small and bathroom needs updating. The wallpaper is pealing off the walls. The bed spreads were stained and the room was stuffy and too humid unless the air conditioner was on and well... It was Dec.
the tall gentlemanin the breakfast area who did want to make sure we had what we needed.
given a key to the room for a 2nd time and not being asked for identification, doors to room a constant issue, the staff acting as iftheyknew nothing, ie. when an where foreworks for NYeve would be and start, was very disappointed.
Room cards would not unlock room door. Had to get cleaning staff to let us in. Was told by this person the hotel has a lot of problems with these door locks. I called the front desk and Sarah made new cards; but these would not work either. She then sent Gary, from hotel maintenance and he could only make it so you had to insert the card several times before it would work. You would think for the price of these rooms they would take care of this before guest arrive. Also mirror was loose at sink area and light did not work. The air conditioner was noisy did not work very well. I am not one to complain very often but if you going to charge premium price every thing should work!
Called and tried to see if room was available for early check-in. Was told by staff that guaranteed check-in was 4 pm. Room wasn't ready at "guaranteed" check-in time of 4 pm. Ironically..housekeeping was banging on doors at 9 am next morning? Hotel is dated..
