The bed was very comfortable. The tv was ok. The room was not ready when we arrived at 400pm. The couch had crumbs on it. The hot tub was littered with beer cans on the floor. There was a cooler left by the tub. Will stick with chain hotels

We had a Lakeside room with a very nice veiw of the lake. It had a resturant & Bar inside the Hotel. Very nice place to stay, the staff was very nice. no Fridge or microwave in the room we stayed in.

Staff is friendly and helpful, decor is very pretty. Although we didn't request it, we had a lake view room. The location is perfect. Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear the people in the room next to us talking and we could hear their TV.

The location and price were fair. Liked the hotel bar. The shower curtain rod in our bathroom was bent and hanging out of the wall. The air duct was very, very dirty. The floor in the bathroom and tub were dirty.

Great location; I.e., not in the midst of busy traffic or sight-seeing. The room was relaxing, the balcony pleasant for sitting outside and everything was in working and, overall , the property offers good value for the cost. Convenient restaurant on-site was a plus. Our sheets were not changed and, after reporting this oversight to front desk, nothing happened.

It was a reasonably clean, older inn. It did have a decent view of the lake. We booked our room on booking.com for $99 and my parents got the same room by walking in with no reservation for $69.00.

I really liked the location and the lake view that the room provided. The spa area could have been a bit more pleasant. The air in that area had an un-pleasant odor. Overall the facility was nice and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

The price is right and the location is fabulous. Very friendly staff and ease of getting in and out of the hotel. The pool is very poorly located. It has a fabulous view but for anyone older it is very hard to get to and get back up all of those steps. Otherwise I loved the pool and everything about the Inn.

The lobby was beautiful~ but elevator and room was run down and shabby. Wall paper in bathroom was peeling off wall . Carpet was loose and pulled from wall. It does appear that the room was made as clean as possible. The staff was very friendly. Pictures of room did not truly represent the room.

They had a room when we had an emergency at a decent price on a weekend in the summer. That's not easy to find at the lake! Hotel needs updating. AC system could not keep up with the heat, even at night. Hair dryer cord had gooey build up on it. Icky.

we checked into our room with no problems, however whenwe got to the room i had to wonder if the cleaning lady was just lazy, or if they just didn't care. The bed sheets had hair on them, not just one, but MANY. I am pretty sure they did not change the sheets from the previous people. They did bring us new sheets when we called and complained, but the maintainance man brought them up and just shoved them in my fiance's hands. No apology or offer to change the sheets. Also there was a used cup laying in the corner of the room, and toothpaste on the sink. They did come clean the bathroom when we called to complain again. Will not stay here again.
