Booking was easy on-line. The Inn is an older, historic place with antiques and charm. Although the manager questioned my "special" requests as submitted on-line, they did try to accommodate (wine glass and robe). Bikes are also available for guest use, and Long Beach is just a short drive away.
The rooms are a bit stuffy and small, but fans are available, and the windows open (no air). The robes which were provided hadn't been laundered and still had make-up and dirt around the collar! Toiletries were VERY minimal, so plan to bring some along.
The Inn Keeper was absolutely delightful and sat with us at the breakfast table, interested in who we were and what we enjoyed doing. She told us of many wonderful places to visit in the area. Would highly recommend the Inn at Harbour Village and it will certainly not be our last visit.
This is a small B&B. Husband and wife operation. Very pleasant folks. We were served an excellent breakfast - she is a great cook. I highly recommend this B&B and would definitely book again.
Loved its uniqueness and the friendly staff. The rooms are lovely, and the lobby area so nice to relax. What a beautiful building!
Excellent, comfortable facility.
The inn itself is a unique historic building with great charm. Ilwaco was a surprise gem with much of interest to see and do. The innkeeper pointed us to many good places and was most helpful.
Nothing to dislike except perhaps the bright outdoor lights that shone through our window at night. I would prefer a bright night sky.
The property set beside woodlands is charming and convenient to area attractions and restaurants. Inn keeper Mickel Lewis was gracious and helpful with all our needs. We slept peacefully in the comfortable beds and enjoyed the hot breakfasts with fresh fruits and good coffee. We will return. Mary -Everson, WA
Only that we had to leave.
It's a quiet little place with lovely decor and very clean. Sort of a bed and breakfast feel, with a common sitting room for relaxing or watching TV, but not cluttery. It was extremely quiet with great restaurants in the nearby town.
Comfy beds quiet atmosphere nice breakfast, complimentary The owner's hospitality
the grounds could use some work
Hostess/owner was so friendly and gave great suggestions on where to eat and what to do. She made waffles for breakfast and was really funny. Room was quaint and decent size.
The suite was very comfortable with large ensuite. Room was on lower floor so had private entrance in rear and we had full access to the downstairs lounge with comfortable sofas and large screen TV for recovering for walking and hiking. Innkeeper fed us tea and cookies in the afternoons.
The owner was friendly and helpful. The building was beautiful as well as historic. It used to be a church. Wonderful, beautiful setting. We loved our stay there & would return.
Very charming & quaint inn with very friendly and accommodating staff. The "continental" breakfast was wonderful.
Our room looked out onto the parking lot and small landscaped area where a gardener was working both days we were there. That made for more noise and loss of privacy. We were also very surprised to return to our room in the afternoon to find that it had not been made up. Nor did we receive any clean towels.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was more than enough and the selection was great. The inn itself was beautiful. Our room was great, loved the way it was set up and decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Can't say enough about this place! I loved it and would definitely stay here again.
friendly staff, breakfast was delicious, comfortable
Everything. Especially the friendliness and hospitality of the innkeep, Michael. A great night's sleep in a cozy room, snacks available in the parlor room, the best breakfast we had our entire trip up there. Free wifi. We even access to a grill (although we chose to eat out that evening). Just a quiet, perfect place to unwind and relax after three days of camping and fishing in Ilwaco. You won't find a better B&B experience.
The accommodations were lovely and the staff so friendly and informative! Lovely place to stay - I will recommend it to my friends!!!
Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere just like home.
Staff was exceptionally helpful. Converted church setting was most interesting.
Friendly, welcoming. Great suggestion for dinner.
Doreen the host was very helpful in dinner suggestions, where to go and what to do and see. The hosts mingled with guests at breakfast and asked how they slept and made sure they had everything they needed. We would definitely visit here again!
Quaint, Historic. Liked the close proximity to many activities. Hostess nice and knowledgable.
Older, fresh paint which they were working on. small room.
ownership very friendly and helpful...decor very un.ique formerly and old Presbytrerian church
bath tub and shower in our room was not convenient...
