The 2 guys at the front desk staff Saturday morning was great - really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic!

The woman who checked us in was unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. Also, I could have sworn the website said that there would be a bottle of wine in our room when we arrived, but perhaps I remembered that incorrectly? Finally, the guy in the room next door to us woke us up at 3:30 in the morning by trying to get into our room and then, once he figured out it was the wrong door (he was clearly drunk), he started banging on his room door for 10-15 minutes. We called the front desk and they took care of the situation- but it was a bummer to be woken up in the middle of the night- felt like we were staying in a frat house.

Location is great if you are driving as parking is easy and you can take the water taxi around the harbour for $12 a day. Room large and has all facilities. Breakfast the best we have had in a hotel

Room was located in an area that had water running through pipes the entire time which was very annoying!

Wonderful location in charming part of the city. Comfortable and well-appointed, with free parking! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Baltimore.

it is a great place to stay and the staff is excellent.

It's about a mile and a half from the main downtown area, and I found the walk along the harbor to downtown very pleasant. The neighborhood is quite different than downtown, with a number of interesting shops and small restaurants and taverns. The area is made up of converted old warehouse buildings with lots of townhouses, apartments, and small shops. Less ritzy than downtown, and I like that. Breakfast buffet was very nice, with lots of fresh fruit, breads, etc. Rooms are very nicely done. In warmer times, the courtyard eating area for breakfast would be very nice (I was there in March, and it was too cold for that).

The rooms were "tired." The rug in our room had stains. The bed was too soft.

The property was immaculate and beautifully appointed. It was perfect for our business trip, but I look forward to visiting again for a personal weekend getaway. And the staff, was simply outstanding - very friendly, helpful and professional.

It was very quiet and in a beautiful location. There should be 2 people working at the desk and better communications with the shuttle service. The staff was great, very nicely decorated and comfortable. I would go again.

Located in a less commercial part of Inner Harbor, Fells Point, but nice local pubs and shops in area. Henderson's Wharf has been my place to stay for over a decade if I am in Baltimore. Staff and facility is first class.

I enjoyed the comfortable feeling of the rooms. The antiques and overall design add warmth and comfort.

Very comfortable bed / linens... Very cozy / warm room, excellent location

We were fine with waiting, but it took quite a while for the desk clerk to return to the front and check us in upon arrival. We waited about 15 minutes. The clerk was very friendly, and we were not upset at all since the lobby was so comfortable and inviting.

Henderson's Wharf was a cozy hotel. It was quiet and upscale. The service and desk clerks were polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to a couple or couple looking for a quiet get away. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and also a shuttle to transport to the Inner Harbor. We took the water taxi, which was a nice-scenic ride. It is off the beaten path, so you can relax or walk to town to party. In the morning, they put out a nice continental buffet. Fresh fruit, bagels, breads, coffee, it was really nice.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about Henderson's Wharf.
