The staff was really excellent. Everyone on the staff was welcoming, helpful, NICE. We loved our view of the park, marina and water. We also loved our spacious room and bathroom. Had it been cold, I'm sure we would have loved the fireplace, too. It was very nice to have room service every morning, too.

I did love the feel of the Oyster Inn, but since you're asking, I think if the interior of the place matched the charming exterior, it would be perfect. The wall art was very odd...especially in our room...(cowboy and toy horses???) If it were like a big cottage, it would be lovely! Also...you seriously need to do something about the footboards on the bed. I have the biggest bruise on my thigh from hitting that thing every time I rounded the corner. How about white wooden beds rather than hard metal ones?

We were upgraded to a king room with windows on three sides. Fireplace and breakfast delivered to the room was great. Location was good for travel in to San Francisco. The inn has character, unlike so many other places near the airport.

Hotel restaurant food was very average. Friendly staff! But we had much better meals for less almost everywhere else we ate in San Francisco.

Staff friendly, fireplace in rooms, great Bay walking route, convenient to airport and good food shops as well as two malls all within 15 to max 20 minutes away.

Nothing, but lunch offerings would be a very welcomed addition.

Liked view and fire place. Liked complementary upgrade to kingsized bed. Liked robes and breakfast being delivered. Liked easy parking and how close it was to SFO airport. Liked toiletries.

Not being able to get 'early breakfast' and not being able to get 'automated/easy check-out' when leaving early for the airport.

My wife and I love the conveyance to the airport. We also really do enjoy being able to relax before flying out in the morning.

You could only get food and drinks at certain times at the hotel and there are no restaurants/shops to walk to within the area. You really need a car if you are staying at this hotel

Near San Francisco International Airport!

I cannot say enough how pleased I was when I arrived. I liked everything about my room. It was an added plus to have the walking path along the water for an early morning outing before a day of plane travel

I had expected a more extensive restaurant. There was only the bar and restaurant combined and it was very loud with music/entertainment and no place to dine quietly.

Quirky, small hotel with fun, positive energy, bordering a park and marina. Hard-working, friendly staff. Nice, little restaurant and bar with live music every night. Continental breakfast delivered to your room each morning. Spacious, updated rooms with quality amenities. "Superior" view rooms on upper floors have pleasant views of marina and San Francisco Bay. Hotel is far enough north of SFO that aircraft noise is not obnoxious.

love the design, love the cosy fireplace, love the view of the lake, I saw the full rainbow in the evening. the food in the restaurant was really good, especially the corn chowder soup. Front desk staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Room very spacious and everything was extremely clean. if you want a clean hotel with a lot of character, this is the one. I am even thinking of going back again because I love it soooooooooo much

the time for early shuttle and breakfast. considering most people stayed near the airport are due to take really early flight, i think early shuttle at 6am or 6.30am will make this hotel a perfect 10. I also missed the breakfast as I had to go to the airport before 6.30am, which is when the breakfast starts. If they can provide by 6am, it will be another super perfect 10 for this hotel.

Not many restaraunts/bars within walking distance except the small one downstairs.

We had a Superior Bayview Queen with Fireplace room. It was excellent. Room, view, all conditions are just perfect. Hotel is located not far from San Francisco city centre. Breakfast is available - we were asked to choose from a list every evening and breakfast was served as room service the morning after. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all who wabt to spend a nice time in San Francisco. Parking lots are available on site.

Location near airport with shuttle package was just what we wanted. A great dinner was a terrific surprise. The staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely do it again.
