The fact that we were on the top floor and they started installing a cell phone tower at 7:00 AM. We checked in late as I confirmed that we would. So I paid for six hours in the hotel because the noise was so loud we couldn't get back to sleep. We checked out! This was a horrible experience.

My stay at Queen Anne Inn was lovely. The room was small, but cozy with a sort of old charm. The view of the space needle out my window was nice. The maid service was attentive and my room was always tidy including the odd dish I used from the kitchenette.. It felt a bit like a European vacation the way the room seemed like a repurposed apartment building. The kitchenette was well stocked though I barely used it. The bathroom and closet were surprisingly roomy. Full access to the radiator and ac made choosing my own climate easy. I shared the room with a friend, and we were very comfortable. My only criticisms were that the shower head was set very low. I'm 5'8'' and I had to bend a lot to get under it. However, the water pressure on the third floor was great. The towels are a bit small and scratchy but most hotel towels are. For a room housing two women, we could have really used a mirror outside the bathroom. The back of the closet door would have worked well.

Excellent location close to Seattle Center, easily reached by bus or monorail, nice staff, kitchennette, great restaurants closeby, excellent value for money. Old rooms, shower rather low for tall people, bad wireless reception in room

It is a beautiful hotel, not luxury just old style. It's confotable and convinient to new travelers and more important budget-friendly. Its staff are very friendly and helpfully I don't have any comments

We didn't feel safe staying. The facility is run down, homeless outside on lawn. Everything is old and in bad shape. We checked out after seeing the room and they and Booking.com would not give us a refund. All and all, it sucked. Had to pay for another hotel in better area.

We like staying in the Queen Anne area of Seattle, so location was the biggest factor in staying here. We had NO HEAT, and this was December 30th. Their boiler blew. I complained twice and they took $30 off the bill.

We have stayed at the Queen Anne several times this year and find the price is right, the location is perfect, and the Inn is 'dated' but has a lot of character. I'm sure we will continue to stay at the Queen Anne for the above reasons but my husband has one main complaint, and that is about the beds. He finds them very uncomfortable. As mentioned above, my husband found the beds very uncomfortable.

The hotel could be charming if they remodeled and completely updated and cleaned it up. I stayed on the 3rd floor it smelled and was extremely worn and dirty from the first floor up in the hallways and stairs, gross to go to your room. Room was very worn, dated and in poor shape, quite depressing after travelling on train for 3 hours and spending money to get there. the area was okay for walking a bit far from downtown but very close to space needle. This hotel could be a good place but is extremely in need of repair and remodel!

Directly across from the key arena, and right in the middle of all the bars/restaurants of lower queen anne. Great, great, great price for the location. It was a dump, but well worth the price for the prime location. I will definitely stay there again.

We liked that it was not one of those cookie cutter modern hotels. The Queen Anne has ambiance. The only beverage offered in the lobby was coffee. It would have been nice to have tea or cocoa offered for those of us who don't drink coffee.

I liked its quaintness. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. The conceirge was friendly and not mad at me for arriving late. I loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone......even the queen! That I had to leave so soon......back to work, you know.

Location! Easy access to important sites and means of transportation. The rooms have a kitchen!! The internet signal on the third floor is very weak and it stopped many times. My room faced towards the courtyard and it was very noisy because of people hanging put there and talking. The hotel needs to do something about the bad smell of the room. Is it the carpet? It looks very old and it probably smells bad and needs to be replaced. No parking.

Best location. Right near Seattle Center, transportation, restaurants and grocery store. Great clean budget place, with a kitchenette. Our room location was directly in front of the entrance doors, so every time someone went in or out the door would slam and all the doors vibrate. Also, there were rowdy people that came in late, as well as outside.
