Staff was excellent and very helpful
The business center was in need of repair to its computer and printer. I could not print documents needed for a meeting nor could I connect to the internet.
Great convenient location, Pet -friendly courtyard, Great Breakfast Buffet, Clean and quiet room. Well illuminated at night.
First night we checked in our room didnt have hot water and the water was a brownish yellow. Told the front desk but, the didnt say anything. The next night they gave us a new room, the toilet didnt work, there was no HOT WATER!!! Later in the night we found bed bugs. When i told the front desk about the bed bugs, he was so rude. We did get another room at 2am. With no hot water again. RM 255 has bed bugs, pretty sure nothing was done!!!
This place is nice and comfortable, easy to get to. Breakfast needs a little more, but was good.
Too many door slammed early in the morning.
The picnic area was great. We even saw a rabbit.
Dirty rooms Dirty carpets Bugs, hair, lint behind bed and under mattress Rude staff, i got no apology when i told them my room was dirty. Witnessed a prostitute conducting her business there.
Front desk lady was very accommodating when we called for additional help for our room
that the rooms took hours (literally) got there are 6ish and rooms was warm until after midnight. We were freezing for a couple hours. Called front desk for more blankets to keep warm. Got a cold the next day on our travel to Santa Fe.
The lobby was nice and the hotel room decor was nice.
Our bed had hair all over the inside! Parking is behind our room which seemed like an unsafe area. Our room was cold. The heater was terribly loud.It literally was the worst! We kept it off just to sleep. Walls are thin. We could hear the people next to us all night! Their heater would turn on so loud it would wake up their baby every hour waking us up as well. No warm water. Only cold water showers. I might have been over charged as well. I do not reccomend this place. You might want to try the Extended Stay. It was quiet and it had hot water.
Location of motel and the view of mountains.
TV wouldn't work
No hot water first morning. Older TV. Cramped room with only 20" access to bathroom because fridge in way. Breakfast not open until 7. Poor breakfast setup. Nobody at front desk, sign says use house phone...no house phone.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, staff was friendly.
I was charged double for my stay resulting in me having to go back and get a refund 3 weeks later, the heater barely worked and their Wi-Fi was down for the duration off my stay.
Freshly re-modeled room and very clean. Centrally located in Rio Rancho. Breakfast included with the room.
Heating unit is not very quiet and hard to operate.
Room was spacious ands staff was incredible even taking the time to me to my room when I checked in at 2am.
The room had a stale smell and the chain lock on the door was broken.
Door deadlock and chain lock non- functional. Heater noisy and hard to control temperature. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Tub and shower in poor condition. Breakfast was ok for continental but room was cold.
I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and the comfort of the room. The size of the room was great didn't feel like I was closed into a closet as some places are.
I would have like to see microwaves in place.
It was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The wifi was down the whole time we were there.
It had a historic look
the cleaning service was great, the Wi-Fi did not work, the two girls at the front desk where playing on the computer as I stood in front of them never looking or acknowledging I was there, I was needing help with the guest computer again . the cleaning staff was excellent
booking .com failed to tell me that my room was 159.00 on the weekend not 119.00 like the weekday rate, we booked it for 10 days.and found out when we got there,
The staff smiled and were courteous. The lobby has interesting decor, very New Mexican. The hotel does its best to provide a continental breakfast with variety.
The hotel was in need of maintenance when we stayed there. There appeared to be some rot or water damage in the outside patio area roofing, and large holes were visible outside our room; however, no structural problems were evident in our room itself. With the exception of one guest, our stay was quiet. I must admit that the gates and doors slam if guests aren't conscious of it. When we booked, we were excited about the "heated pool and jacuzzi"; however the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was broken. In addition, there was something wrong with the Wi-Fi during most of our 3-day stay.
I did not like the bugs in the room, poorly trained and skimpy staff. Had to request maid service. No parking due to Balloon festival balloonist taking all spots with multiple vehicles. Coffee was like water in room and in lobby. No porter sevice. No elevators. Very old and rancid smell from sinks.
This facility is very convenient to the locations I was visiting. Check-in and out was basically hassle-free and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was nice, although the coffee was a little weak. I would stay there again.
The Wi-Fi was painfully slow.
Public spaces were "impressive" but should have put their money into upkeep of rooms.
Breakfast with room price. Other type of eggs other than scrambled. A lot of different place to eat in court area. The 2nd room a lot nicer. Like the fact that there extra plastic chairs to sit on court yard or on sidewalk next to room door.
Not enough trash cans in room. I was issued room 126 on my 1st night there very out dated. RR very small, AC did not work well. Changed to room 154 very much nicer. GYM very outdated. Would prefer less items but more modern stuff.
Maintenance staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Front desk personnel was very helpful and apologetic.
I didn't like that the front desk put us in a room that had a problem. They must have had an overflow in the restroom and had a huge blower in the room. It smelled really bad.
