Attractive lobby, quiet location, in excellent sightseeing area. Entire staff - from housekeeping to front desk - was friendly, cheerful and responsive to guests. Front desk staff in particular went above-and-beyond to help us resolve a problem that developed during our stay (not their fault). We were completely satisfied with all aspects of our stay and this was an excellent choice for the money! Will happily stay here again . . .

Could not connect to Wifi on room. Water went hot to cold every shower. Signs everywhere forbidding getting Ice for cooler, not to touch the coffee machine. Hair in bathtub. Not friendly.

young girl at desk was more interested in in her face book than her interactions with guest too busy to give a guest the wifi pass word "It's on the paper work I gave you"
VBery comfortable Good location

Noisy guests stomping on the floor above our room late at night. very irritating.
Comfortable beds and Pet friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable

The reception of the TV was not good. A better selection for breakfast would be good.
The room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean, efficient functional inn. Peace Café opposite (recommended by the Inn) was very good for both dinner and breakfast

The staff was efficient and extremely helpful, pointing out local points of interest. The front desk offered menus for area eating establishments which was very helpful in this small community.

Hot Water in shower. Temp. level varied constantly during 2 different showers. Too Cold to too hot. Not a relaxing shower.
Julie was very helpful with printing of documents and information. Very pleasant demeanor.

Wifi is weak during evening peak but just go to the pool instead. ;-)
Nice, clean and spacious rooms, nice bathroom, good beds. The indoor pool + jacuzzi is definitely the winner. Made a rainy day turn bright. Would always recommend this place to everyone. Hotel sign is saying 'best in town', I have to agree without knowing the others but there is no chance to make it better than the people running the Inn at the canyons.

Wifi was available and free but weak.
we stayed because Moab was full, and this was the next town. Canyonlan da inn seemed like the nicest hotel in Monticello. We walked about 15 mins to the restaurant down the road, the town seems nice but not much to do here, especially compared to moan which seems way more bustling. However, if you are after a quiet stay, and don't want to deal with a crowd of people, this would be a great choice

The breakfast did not even look appetizing.
So close to the Needles District of Canyonlands. Very well kept little motel in a tired little town. Great place to eat just across the street.

It had nothing to do with the hotel. There were several large families with very loud running screaming KIDS.
Nice person at the front desk, great restaurant across the street and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Wifi didn't work in the morning.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner recommendations. We went just across the street to Peace Tree: deliceous!

The water pressure and water temp is funky. Just when you think it is the right temp it suddenly turns extremely cold or extremely hot. Makes for a very interesting shower. Overall the water pressure is just awful. Thin walls and floors. The crying kids at 2 am and loud family at 7 a.m. did interrupt sleep. Also, I would recommend a top floor room so you don't hear the footsteps above through the floor.
Comfortable and clean. Nice to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room.

The staff could have been nicer.
Convenient to stop by on the way from Arches
April 20, 2015
The hotel has been recently renovated with care for detail. The art in the room is locally known places that have been photographed, blown-up, and framed. The indoor pool was active with families. We thought that since the hotel was booked solid that it would be noisy but it was very quiet by 10 pm.

Great Pool /spa

Everything is good except the internet. Both signal strength and response were quite variable and often internet seemed to be down or very slow.
Nice place, clean, well kept. Breakfast starts at 6 AM for the early hikers.
April 17, 2015
The Blue Mountain Horse head was directly in back of the Inn and huge! Also, the temple spires for the lds CHurCH was in walking distance and visible too! Beautiful both of them!

Wifi was virtually non-existent in the rooms. No fridge in the room. Shower head was way too low, had to bend over just to get under the water, and I am only 5'11". Water in shower kept getting ice cold, then hot during every shower. Poor TV signal, could barely see the images on the screen, definitely not HD. Eating area way too small for the amount of people staying in the hotel.
Bed was comfortable, pool was nice.
