Maids knocking on doors too early!!!
Breakfast wasn't good. Eggs were not done and cold. Potatoes were mushy and greasy. Couldn't find any bowls for cereal. Two servers just standing around leaning on sign. Not very impressed.
Very cozy, great amenities when traveling with a 3 month old.
No fan in the bathroom..... Outside may need some updates. Better signage at the main entrance/street view.
The bed linens were superb.
I didn't have a bad experience, it was just that the place looked like a Super 8. The bathroom needs updating and tile grout cleaned. The breakfast staff was slow to bring food out...I didn't have time to wait and left.
I enjoy the location, and everything the Inn has to offer.
The room was nice a quiet with comfortable bed and bath. We were by the river, very nice.
I appreciated being able to check in earlier than planned; how quiet the room was; and overall available accommodations.I was unable to use the full package because of own time crunch, but would love to go back again sometime. Very relaxing and friendly!
The refurbished rooms are nice. You can walk to good places to eat as long as it's before 5pm. The free breakfast is hearty and tastes great. Clean and safe. The staff were friendly and handle themselves well.
The outside does not reflect the inside. The odd choice of paint colors makes it look a lot cheesier than it actually is once you get inside. The restaurant is over-priced. There should be more food and coffee available 24 hours. The channel selection for the TV is limited, no guide, no On demand, no HBO.
Staff was friendly and helpful
Not a bad experience but the breakfast could have included more healthy choices.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was cheerful and efficient. Breakfast was very good. Parking was excellent. No noise. Good location for us.
Wi fi was free but had lots of trouble accessing it.
Modern rooms, very clean, comfortable, best continental breakfast I've ever had!
Exterior of facilities a little dated.
The bed was comfortable and warm. Service was wonderful.
There was no fan in the bathroom. It got steamy very quickly.
Close to the airport: park & ride at newly remodeled hotel with friendly staff and LOVELY restaurant!
6:30am flight meant leaving before Continental breakfast is served. And we checked in and out while it was dark outside, so we couldn't see Bear Creek behind the building. Probably not salmon this time of year, anyway!
Great restaurant, rooms outfitted nicely, excellent free breakfast
No Elevator, upgraded older motel-style hotel, restaurant & bar close at 9:00pm.
Lots of employees to quickly get the rooms ready - and those employees we found to be more than helpful. A 10+ for your employees.... Price was very reasonable
The outside appearance - caused us to check the room before we agreed to stay. But it was surprising how nice it was... glad we did not just drive by.
happy hour drink tickets
congested breakfast facilities
I liked the comfort of the room.
Clean room, nice mattress, spacious bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was especially good for a hotel breakfast. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site and it was good, too.
Location is a bit off the track, but if you have a GPS or smart phone it's easy to find.
We had a room with 2 queen beds: very crowded with only one straight-back chair. 1 queen (first requested) may have felt more spacious.
Cleanliness of room, bed comfort and wi-fi connection, friendliness of staff.
Asked for ADA, got a standard room with low height lavatory, narrow hallway and step in tub that I couldn't use. Discount booking placed us in room up against freeway and all the way in back. Free breakfast awful: all carbs except for overcooked scrambled eggs. No bacon, no sausage.
The rooms were clean and comfy
The pool was cold and there was no jacuzzi
Very unhappy with this hotel. First, after driving 10 hours and getting in after midnight (I called and told would be in very late) I was told that I couldn't pay in cash (as Booking.com) allows to set up. I was traveling with just my 9 year old and we were both exhausted and I had just pulled out the last of my money, the front desk clerk was rude and not understanding. I was horrified at his response, exhausted and worried about where my child and I would sleep for the night! After two other attempts at other hotels Shilo Inn allowed us to pay in cash and just a small deposit. I physically couldn't drive any farther and besides sleeping in my car which wasn't an option I was furious with Inn at the Commons. Never ever ever stay here! I will tell everyone I know to not stay here!!!! Booking.com should remove them from their site.
Worth twice the price they charge. Park at your front door for easy luggage unloading.
The restaurant closes for dinner at 8pm. Not god when you are traveling long days by car.
Room was very comfortable and spacious--excellent bed. Nice little balcony overlooking the creek (and freeway, unfortunately).
Breakfast should have been better--it looked good but tasted awful. Located in a business park, not near anything interesting.
The place was definitely a 1960,s(especially the rooms) the lobby looked nice--but who sllps there???
