Clean, room with a view, close to Max stop and streetcar
Funky smell in hallways, low ceiling on 5th floor, close to trains (noise)
Very close to the convention center and public transportation
Traffic noise - especially on the street side. Worn.
Wish I remembered the lady at the desks name, but she was amazing and very helpful! The room was nice and location was perfect for exploring downtown Portland.
Location Friendly desk staff
Dated rooms Unreliable WiFi
good bed, location
poor wifi, but functional, still slightly smokey from the smoking days
Close to Convention Center and local bus and streetcars. Wifi was reasonable and free, so was parking.
Location was excellent, walk across the street to the convention center. The room cost was average. The staff was friendly.
Rooms were old and need of remodeling. It needed new beds.
The location was great. We were within walking distance from several places to eat. The conference we were attending was very close as well. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious as well.
The property could use a MAJOR update. The heater didn't work. The bathtub wouldn't drain while taking a shower. The room looks very old and unclean. The border was peeling off the wall. There was even an old box TV. This would be a wonderful place with some updates.
The location. The customer service. The Price - Great Value.
Wallpaper in hallways needs re - do + painting.
Nice room, safe place to park car
The hotel is very run down. The rooms with a view had cracked glass that was taped. Hair in the bath tub. Leaking toilet when flushed. And the entire hotel smelled musty. Would never stay here again.
We really liked the staff. They were friendly and very helpful. The price was great and the location was excellent, close to Lloyd Center and the convention center. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We also liked that it was right on the Max line, very convenient if you don't want to drive or take a taxi.
The room lighting wasn't very good, it was very dim. Could use better ceiling lighting. The hallway ceiling was low and dimly lit as well.
Location and sleep was ok nothing els to say
The slicing door can't open bathroom to poor need more improvement and the room if I ask NO SMOKING ROOM and first time when we get in very strong smell of smoke very disappointed
The staff were brilliant, helped me get a hire car and got me routes.
Being on the train side of hotel was very, very noisy.
Max line runs all night just outside the room
comfortable beds, good air conditioning, clean rooms
Convenience to the moda center
Max train is load an runs all night
The staff at this hotel was excellent. From reservations to check in to recommending restaurants, the staff was super nice and helpful. The room was ok, beds ok too.
The bathroom was tiny and needed to be upgraded a bit. There were no extra pillows or blankets in he room, but the front desk had some I could pick up, I like the room cooler with an extra blanket.
Room was adequate, sound protected, and view to the Rose Quarter; Location was ideal for our visit.
Lobby and common areas look very dated and minimal by today's standards.
lod air conditioning
It literally is 10ft from the East/West rapid transit train line which runs 24/7. It was loud beyond belief. Could have tolerated the noise almost (with ear plugs) but the room was filthy, the sitting chair so badly stained I wouldn't go hear it. There were ceiling tiles hanging from the ceiling from a water leak, the carpet was stained, the tile in bathroom was dirty. Totally a gross hotel. I contacted Booking.com's customer service which were awesome and they got the price reduced. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
No gym no restuarant in the hotel dirty outdated room. The last day I woke up with 4 large bug bites on my back no happy
It is close to street car lines, so easy to reach downtown, although it takes a while.
The bath water outlet was plugged and there was a tired air about the place. The air conditioning was noisy.
The staff were excellent and the cleanliness was adequate and I was across the street from the Convention Centre
The room was shabby to say the least. the carpet had repairs to it Large one. And a conduit along the upper wall. Dirty wall paper. Missing tiles. I have a photo record. It was not as portrayed and It was $79. a suite and I paid $95 So much for a savings. I am very disappointed and I will never use you again
