The hotel was clean, bedding was nice, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The rates were a very decent price as well! I would stay there again. The exercise room could use some updates.

This hotel had everything I needed and it was very clean. It would have been nice to have a pool and hot tub but for these very reasonable prices it was OK not to have them. Parking was great, location very good, design efficient and I loved the hot breakfast.

The airport shuttle was not available when I landed at the airport; the staff was not at all friendly when she told me I had to book 24 hours in advance to get the shuttle service. I had not been informed of this and had to spend extra $40 to reach the hotel. Best Western at Fairground is 20 minutes away from the airport while Best Western at near the airport is within walking distance and you don't need to book the shuttle 24 hours in advance.

The room was correct, nice hotel. The breakfast is like everywhere else, a buffet, but it was okay for the price. There is a restaurant inside the hotel . As we arrived late, we asked to go and the staff said that it was still possible. But inside the restaurant the personnel didn't care about us and let us alone, moreover that it is really drak in the restaurant. We were really bad welcomed and disappointed. They don't look professional.

Relatively accessible. Very clean. Food at the restaurant is excellent. Breakfast hours; end to early in morning. Hotel is isolated especially when state fair is over.
