The location of the hotel was ideal for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were always very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was lovely.

The rooms were a little small and lacked air conditioning.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and super accommodating. They have fresh baked cookies for you ever night, and great continental breakfast every morning. Overall the most adorable and quaint place in Union square.

The only problems we had were the Wi-Fi, which was spotty and slow, and we had some extra room noise from the street, but it's what you should expect from a place in the middle of the city.

The location, and the way the staff went out of their way to make you feel at home in a small, personal hotel

the breakfast is basic, but adequate

Ann went way above the norm to be accommodating. The wine, cheese, cookies were nice touches.

Too small and narrow. The valet parking was a nightmare experience.

the Staff was so genuinely sweet and helpful at all points. I loved the little extra perk of wine and cheese in the evening. my room was quiet and felt sumptuous. We felt very well cared for.

windows face another building brick wall, but I didn't want a street view because of the noise, so I can't complain about that. and they did place small decorative items on the wall outside the windows...a nice touch.

We loved having wine and cheese with the inn keeper, Wayne, and meeting other guest from all over. He gave great suggestions of places to go for our first visit. We also like having the complimentary breakfast available, and fresh cookies for late evening snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Location, Clean rooms, gracious staff, happy hour to meet people.

most important, we wished we could stay longer. Much less important, had to leave very early, wish breakfast were available earlier.

Fab Location and helpfulness of staff. Complimentary breakfast and wine in evening. Also free pre bedtime cookies. Very friendly.

We had 2 rooms. 1 was tiny and far too hot for comfort. We were provided with a mobile ac unit which reduced the floor space even more! Also bathroom was cramped.

Wonderful small and personal hotel, very well situated in close proximity to shops, sights and restaurants and within walking distance to Bart Powell st. Nice beds, good bathrooms, very good breakfast.

We liked the personal touches - free cookies, wine, cheese, breakfasts, wifi. Paper delivered to room in morning, water and chocs later in the day. All staff were really helpful and went out of their way to assist. Room was comfortable and clean and we felt very safe and at home.

Nothing we didnt like - only possible criticism is the decor may need refreshing soon? But this is the only thing we could think of - not at all unhappy!

Room 401 was excellent. It had a street view that only a few rooms would have. The staff were fantastic - Amber on the front desk was really kind and helpful as were all the staff. The free wine and nibbles at 5.00 pm were great... we met many other guests from all over the world at this time! This Hotel is really good and worth the money.

The breakfast areas are small and sometimes full. However, you can take a tray to your room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, better than those in some 5 star hotel nearby that I have stayed in. Inn serves free wines in the afternoon. It is small and has the charm of old San Francisco.

Inn could be a ted too old for people looking for a modern feel.

When booking I asked them if they could help to make my wife's birthday more special. The Inn supplied complimentary sparkling wine in both the rooms that I booked - Thankyou!

There was nothing to not like

Clean room, friendly staff, perfect location, at a walking distance to most touristic attractions. Anne, Omar and all the other guys at the reception did their best to make me feel welcome. One extra point goes to them for delivering all my Amazon orders in the room. :)

I had a room at the 4th floor facing the air conditioners on the next building and they were noisy, especially at night. Breakfast was the same everyday and did not include any meat at all, but I did not mind it, there were plenty of eggs, pastry, cheese, cakes and cereals.
