Dead bugs in our bathroom. Room had a odor to it, and the dam housekeeping banging on the door every morning at 9o'clock. Our door had a gap in the seal, so we heard everysound and all the highway traffic.
Good value for the money i paid. I will visit that hotel again but request a different side.
!) Man urinating by the front sign as I drove up. 2) Pair of men's underwear left behind by housekeepig behind the bathroom door that I only discovered in the morning when I closed the door fully. 3) Check-in counter behind bullet proof glass with money exchange type slots to transact business.
We Liked Everything!!!
The atmosphere was good
The WI-FI was locked and the staff did not offer a password. Other than that, no complaints.
I was snowed in and far from home. This facility offered a cheap bed and a clean room.
The shower didn't work right!!!
Paid for a week up front for my employee to stay. The second day when we got finished working my employee was accused of misbehaving? Leave! No refund! The manager would never call me back.
The staff was less than accommodating. Extremely rude and hostile with every sentence.
It's not glorious and fancy but the rooms where large, warm when you wanted it to be, cool when needed it to be and the beds where extremely comfortable. The bathroom was dated but the water never ran cold and the pressure never ran low.
noisy at times......
good bed..nice walk-in shower
There was nothing i didnt likr
Tv Chanel. Choices, staff
No coffee pot. No hand towels. Bad bad WiFi.
Easy to get to. Good parking. Large room.
In a questionable location for security. Was told many homeless people stay here. Would not stay here again because of possible trouble.
Good Location to the ball park It was quite and you could sleep Had no trouble
Bed was quite firm, just a personal preference
Great location just off I-70, Friendly staff
It was very run down and we got bit by bed bugs.
Did not have features advertised such as free breakfast. There was a cockroach by the bathroom door so I slept with the lights on. The bathroom was not clean so I did not shower in the morning. Only good thing was they only charged the first night on my credit card so there was no added expense when I checked out in the morning to move to another hotel for the rest of the week. I made the trip from Vermont to spend time with my mom who is in a nursing home and simply wanted a clean place to stay without worries.
Location and price, near my mom's nursing home.
Building looked ran down, the lights in the room were hanging cracks in walls and celling ,air didn't work had to put a chair against the door cause you where afraid of being busted in by drug addicts seen better it should have been only 35 dollars instead of 68 dollars never again then they didn't even have us listed to be there
It was close to the highway
The floor had chunks of dirt on carpet, the bathroom had hair in the drain and the non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. When we called about an extra pillow (we had 2 flat pillows on each bed), we were told , "... No one has keys to the housekeeping room so we can't get any extra pillow, blankets or towels...". My daughter saw a drug deal, by two what looked to be customers, and commented that at least the exchange was friendly.... Horrible.
It was dirty! It smelled awful. there was a little bar of soap and 2 towels to last 2 days for 3 people. The carpet was sticky. when we were checking in a guest came to the desk to ask for a plunger, the clerk handed her one wrapped in a plastic grocery bag. No offer to have staff take care of the problem- I should have run when I had the chance.
The pool was gross
It was worth the 49 a night. The pool was gross but had chlorine. But the place was run down and paint was chipping everywhere. It was a two night stay for visiting family
Nothing in walking distance
there was nothing about this hotel that I can speak positively about. From the smell to the filth. Vending machines did not work and the "residents" were less than desirable. Would have been better sleeping in my car and saved the $$
Has a lot of live-in residents!! And there was a security guard walking around the parking lot, it made me feel like i was in the wrong part of town
This is an extended stay hotel and there were quite a few "extended stay" guests and the parking was filled with their vehicles. There was no coffee; not even in the lobby area. The front desk was protected by glass....kind of scary.
I was on the first floor.
Bathroom door would not close completly. The smell of smoke in room.
Close to sons house.
