Latonya and the door staff were so helpful and gave some good recommendations. Rooms and bathrooms were very small. Check in time is supposed to be 3pm but the room we booked was not avail and we ended up waiting till after 6pm for an alternative room and then we were charged for a late check out, not a great service!! |

the location was excellent--proximity to shopping, food places, touristic interests, etc. my room smelled like old bananast--a bit musty, too. bathroom smelled slightly unfresh. also, although i booked the deluxe queen room, i was given a different room (this one had two full-sized beds?) because the hotel was at full capacity. |

The location was great. Tiny rooms, room had no dust ruffle on beds, clock radion broken, teeny-tine bathrooms. Internet available only in open uncomfortable lobby area |

Loved the location, decor, the lounge area, and attached coffee shop, covenient check out time. limited business center (1 pc) and price for usage, extremely small elevators, no clocks in the rooms or access to local radio, pricey parking |

The location is great; the doorman was very helpful; the pillows!!! Room cleaning was not very thorough. Radio did not work in clock/radio. |

It was close to the magnificant mile quiet and the staff were friendly. No pool, small bathrooms and some cleanliness issues. I had black mold growing on the vent in the bathroom. |

It was value for money and in a great location for walking to tourist sites, shopping, bars, blues and jazz clubs, restaurants, theaters, Millennium Park. Very old and not very good shower. If it was in my house, I would have replaced it years ago. |

The fast friendly service and the rooms were very nice. The inn of chicago was a great value! The only issue i had was parking and they refused to give me correct information about the cheapest places to park. |

The hotel has great proximity to the Magnificent Mile shopping. It is located a block off of Michigan with easy access to all shopping. It looks like they most of their money on redecorating the lobby of the hotel and put none of that money into the rooms. The room has all basic necessities but literally nothing beyond that. Also, the bell staff was almost nonexistent throughout the stay. |

The room was quiet. Dirty carpet. No closet just a curtain next to the bed. Small bathroom. Toilet paper holder loose. Chipped paint. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while or refurbished. Only one outlet in the bathroom. |

The central location and the facilities provided (eg. free wifi, etc.) A little bit 'oldish', we expect a higher standard for a 4 stars. |

The staff was very nice. I had a family emergency and had to leave one day early and they did not charge for the last night. The concierge was very knowledgeable about making transportation arrangements and tours in the city. The bathrooms are very small - but they were clean. |

It was close to all the shopping on the Magnificent Mile. The room was very small and the bathroom was very small. My daughter uses a feeding pump and has alot of medical equipment and it was very tight. You could hardly walk by the bed to the side of the room. It was not worth the price that I paid for the room. |
