emplacement parfait dans le centre ville pas de Wifi gratuite, chambre pas prete à notre arrivée a 17h30 et la réception ne le savait pas, aucune excuses, pas de mot de bienvenue ou a notre départ pour nous demander si tout s''était bien passé. Personnel moyennement aimable, service conciergerie ouvert de 9h a 18h seulement |

The location of the inn is ideal for visiting the exciting city of Chicago. The room was clean and coffee making facitlites were available Receptionist on arrival was rude, hostile, abrupt, and unfriendly. Had booked a deluxe room - was given a standard, definitely not deluxe room. Requested extra pillow, did not get one. |

the hotel was at a very good location, near shopping reaturants and close to red line. rooms were ok. no bed spreads but usually take them off right away anyway |

Very close to shopping. Easy walk to Magnificent Mile, restaurants. Rooms wern't huge, but adequate. A real value for the cost. No room service. Reserved two rooms, one was very small, the other larger. Heater/air conditioner didn't work well. Maintenance came but didn't really help. |

The location of the hotel is amazing. It was close to parking, shopping, restaurants and the touristy places. The bedroom was really clean - a little cool. The bathroom was small but modern and very clean. The stay at the hotel was comfortable |

Its location is excellent. The friendliness of the staff, particulary the bell captain and his staff etc. was excellent. If you are sightseeing its the place to be located. This is not a complaint but a statement of fact. When I arrived at 8.00pm the room I had booked (Queen size) was not available and I had to wait 45 minutes for an inferior room. I was extremely tired having travelled from the UK on a plane that was late which was followed by an extremely long drive into Chicago due to it being Valentines night. Why had they not reserved the right room? |

It's not actually about hotel - it's about Chicago: For a tourist there's absolutely no reason to stay in Downtown - better book something in uptown - few miles to the north |

The convenience of the hotel is to be highly recommended. As with another review there was talk by the hotel staff and they did get one to sign a document to say that you agreed to pay a different rate if that became applicable. |
