The location was ecellent and the value for the price was great. The staff were very accomodating. We would deffinitely rebook this location. Bathroom was a bit small in our room but that of our friends was fine.

Location is good The rooms were incredibly small, smaller than most motels, the toilet in the 1st room would not stop running. The windows were very small. No where did it seem to live up to the 3 star rating other than the service staff.

Only downfall of the room was no fridge, everything else was great. Frustrating that tax was added after full price was shown on internet, made hotel a lot more expensive than thought to be.

Very Small rooms and was lied to at front desk!! Their very rude and not willing to upgrade anyone for their mistakes! Will never even consider staying here again! Parking is a block away and they told us one price and it turned out to be another when we. Checked in. Then another price when we checked out!!

The location is fantastic. Great access to shopping, restaurants, waterfront. The hotel is modest but clean and the beds are very comfortable. There was a perfumey smell in the room that seemed to be an effort to cover up smoke. Also, the first night we could hear people talking in the next room.

The location is perfect. I stayed here last year as well and the front desk staff provided excellent customer service. Comfortable beds as well. Certain times of the day there wasn't hot water and the air didn't seem to be working.

Close to Michigan Ave shopping, restaurants and activities. We have stayed there in the past and would definitely stay there again. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area and are willing to give recommendations for restaurants or sites. No free wireless in the rooms. It is free in the lobby.

Convenient location Apartments smells with cigarettes smoke. While non-free, Internet connection was not reliable and stopped working at all for 3 last days of my stay.

Location was great. Victor (Concierge) was very helpful. Put in room beside elevator despite specifically asking in the special requests box for this not to happen during booking, we were moved but had paid for a King room and had to take a Queen room away from the elevator, same rate. Maintenance (consistent hammering) taking place at open door of opposite room at 10am on morning of check-out despite Do Not Disturb sign hanging on our door. Alarm clock was not reset from previous occupants and went off at 4:45am No cream / sugar for the in- room coffee on day 1, coffee pot not cleaned properly after day 1 Empty water bottle from previous occupants on window (behind curtains) Room was very basic, bathroom was very small.

Location Quoted one price on the computer then when I got there it was more. Not happy about that. Room keys were reissued somehow and we didn't do it so why were there an extra set of keys? Kindof scary.

I loved this hotel. I thought the location was amazing and this hotel was less expensive than many of the other hotels on the Magnificent Mile. My room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The walls are a little thin so I could hear people walking in the hall outside my room but it didn't bother me too much. During the morning or certain times of the day, the elevator took a little longer to get to my floor. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel but that didn't bother me either because there were several restaurants located right outside the door. For some of my meals, I bought food to go and just brought it back to the hotel.
