I liked: Location Easy parking Breakfast Flower boxes, landscaping Del Charro Restaurant Afternoon sherry and cookies Nice staff Decor Cleanliness
I liked it all!
Fantastic breakfast included and sherry and tea at 4 pm ia a nice touch
Location, staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Free breakfast is not something I usually enjoy but it was delicious. Way above average.
Can't think of anything.
Good location, excellent breakfast and other food options. Charlene was a wonderful help with getting unloaded from vehicle and parked.
Not a user friendly bathroom and shower. Very poor televison selections. No benches or outside seating to enjoy the beautiful New Mexico sunshine.
The free breakfast The affordable restaurant, Del Charro The central location Charm of common areas Service
Dated room Heater problems
Take good care of guests. Many amenities. Wonderful breakfast. Good cafe.
Rooms are somewhat small
Second time at Inn of the Governors. Great time, convenient location, love the relaxed atmosphere.
We love having light dinners right at the Inn. Staff quickly booked an additional night due to weather. This is such a great location for local museums and stores.
One lady pouring sherry was not very friendly.
We camp a lot, so having a nice pinon fire from leather chairs was such a treat!
I loved the atmosphere of the Inn, friendliness of the staff, the breakfast was fabulous and the atmosphere was wonderful. We loved the location, close to walking everywhere. Cookies were fabulous every afternoon too!
Nothing! It was perfect
Size of bathroom
Location, buffet breakfast, afternoon tea.
Requested the following: Quiet location away from traffic noise. No connecting doors. No only were we given street side room with connecting doors...our room picked up music from the first floor.
Fireplace in room.
Could have varied a little more for breakfast
Location right in the historic area, room nicely decorated, free parking good and breakfast.
Bathroom is very very small.
Location fair value
Location, friendliness of staff
Difficulties with keycards
When we checked in, we were delighted to learn that we were upgraded to a suite due to the length of our stay (one week). Breakfast is included along with a daily afternoon tea and sherry hour. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Our room on an outside passageway had flower boxes packed with blooming flowers---a lovely place.
I love the breakfast w/ the fireplace & the staff was very nice! The rooms were decorated very well. It was a very comfortable place & convenient to the Plaza. Loved the margaritas at Del Charro!
Thought the bathrooms were very small. The parking is difficult. Would be nice to have a shuttle available for outings at night or other restaurants. It was a little pricey but realize it was near the plaza.
Great location----a SantaFe atmosphere---comfortable---great breakfast!
Quaint. Darling decor, beautiful flowers, yummy breakfast, close proximity to the plaza.
Loud goings on behind our room the first two nights, come to find out they were building ramps and preparing for a skateboard competition. The day of the competition the music blared, no napping during that. Everything else was fabulous!
All but one staff member were very knowledgable and helpful. The complimentary buffet breakfast was top notch. Great location for exploring the plaza area.
The rooms are incredibly small and the pillows are very uncomfortable. Get ready for sleepless nights if your room faces the street. Also, there are not enough parking spots on property for all guests and we had to park on the street for 2 nights.
We loved the convenience of the location of the Hotel during the festival in September. It made it easy to walk to the plaza and enjoy the events. We also like the breakfast each morning which made our stay even more delightful.
