Location for our purpose, access to Virgina Beach & Norfolk was great. Low price.

The front door did not close completely. It did lock but still felt some give to the door. Red top cover seemed to have noticeable stains. Other than that the room was clean.

Close to the Norfolk airport. Hot breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower, and the breakfast was really good!

Parking

Comfort and true to Best Western reputation. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful--both night and day staff.

I thought the location was very good for the price. It was around a number of restaurants and shopping centers further it provided easy access to the highway.

I didn't particularly like the parking. My room was in the back of the building in a narrow parking area. Each night when I came back to my room I had to park around the side or front of the building instead of in front of my room. The room also was not the cleanest. There was a white stain on the bed skirt and even though I asked housekeeping to change it and they said they would they didn'T. There was a big horsefly in the room that stayed the duration. The first morning the breakfast was overcooked and dry almost to the point of not being edible. The representation of the pool online and the actual pool was a joke. It looked like a kiddie pool that would only fit 5 or 6 people comfortably. It was not what I thought it would be from the room images.

Location was great ,rooms were nice. Never had breakfast there seems to be just a little to small. The rooms are not sound prof ,but still comfortable.

The small eating area. Being charged for the microwave and safe when it clearly doesn't say that under amenities.

This was our second stay there and the staff was exceptionally hospitable and the room was extremely clean. We are definitely going to stay there again. It's a good value for your buck - for more than half the price that you'd pay on the strip!

N/A i had a great experience..

Very clean and comfortable room of reasonable size. The lady at the check-inn was very helpful, had me checking in a bit earlier without being much of a deal. The room was perfectly quiet even though the location near big road and airport would suggest that You hear traffic all day and night. Will stay there again;-)

It was clean affordable and the staff was nice. It was a lil far from the beach but great considering we booked at the last minute.

People were friendly, service was great.

Outside doors give the feel of a nice motel, not something asking $150/night.

This was just a quick getaway with a friend!!! The people working there is friendly and very helpful. I will go back anytime and yOu will have a blast there!!

We had requested a non smoking room and only smoking rooms were available. Sounds like the booking agencies fault.

The only downer was the lack of a microwave. For my extended stay - the microwave would have been a money saver.

Terrible Customer Service The hotel staff was clueless and the reservations made online were not honored.
