施設・サービスを紹介する説明書きがほしいと感じました。また、部屋が寒くなり過ぎるので冷房は切りましたが、空調の音はうるさかったです。ただし、場所は料金に比べてなかなか良かったと思います。紅頂旅社という中国語表示もあり、中華街にあることを実感させました。 ４０２号室でしたが、部屋番号のラベルがなく、ボールペンの薄い手書き表示があるだけなので、最初、部屋を見つけられませんでした。ただし、この部屋だけのようです。 |

午前中に着いたので、荷物を預けて観光に行こうと思っていたら、部屋が開いていたらしく、チェックインできました。 壁が少し薄いかも・・。 |

I can enjoy comfortable stay. The room contains free refrigerator and microwave oven. Location is perfect for both business and sightseeing. The hotel locates China town, and atmosphere can be whether pleasure or not depend on your liking. For me it is good to access china restaurant easily. In my room, WIFI is hard to access, then I had to go front area to read e-mail. |

It was right "in the mix" of things-walking distance to Convention site, short walk to a variety of venues, easily accessible for all modes of transportation. As a person w/disabilities, I specifically appreciated how helpful, informative and attentive the staff were prior to and during my stay. I would definately stay there again and have recommended it to several people since my return. the attention to detail with regard to cleanliness, ie, stains in the rugs (hallways), dust/cobwebs in the hallways/room and vacuums need to have attachments in order to get into corners and around the bedframes, etc. However, once I brought this to the attention of housekeeping it (my room) was corrected as best it could be. Also street noise can be a factor for some. |

The hotel was close to the convention center,shops,movies, public transit and eateries.Great bar downstairs The rooms were dingy it felt more like a hostel than a hotel |

The location and the room. The hotel is only 200m from the Chinatown Metro. When you exit at the Chinatown station just turn right and walk a little bit. The bed was new and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful even though without smiles. |

The bed! Since their remodel, the beds are sooo comfortable! And it was huge! Also, there were several electrical outlets easily accessible for all our battery recharging needs. Thats a big deal on vacation! Lots of lights, too, so we could see real well. I liked having a 'desk' of sorts in the room, too. The water pressure in the shower (they use a restrictor) was so weak, it took me twice as long to rinse shampoo from my hair. That doesn't save much water! The big comfy bed was too big for our room, and it made it very crowded, but the bed was worth it! The side of the hotel with the single rooms faces the alley/building next door, so no view at all. |
