Staff was very friendly, even when under stress. Housekeepers and B'fast personnel very outgoing. Room was immaculate, beds VERY comfortable. Best experience for value east of Charlotte !!!!!

Upon arrival, rooms were not ready until 6:30 pm - cause may have been lack of linen. In-room coffee needs some improvement -more robust, and some cold creamer in refridge would add. Incredibly (record) hot weekend; covered parking over office entrance for initial office visit/wait for registration would add to comfort of families waiting in vehicles. Huge family reunions got noisy

The location was close to where family lives, and we were there for a funeral. Not a way to stay under these or any conditions. The staff were nice enough, but they were more interested in talking together than waiting on clients. Talking too fast. The clientele was different this time around. They serve a nice breakfast from 6 A.M. to 10 A.M.

This was not our first time staying with the Innkeeper. But it was a year ago, when we stayed there last. This time the area has changed and on the weekend, people were in the parking lot yelling until after 3 A.M. Management did nothing. They also were selling drugs. People walked up to them and hugged them, a person reached into the car and then they hugged again and the people that original walked to the car walked away. We first thought the car was staying at the hotel, but after things quieted down, the car was gone. Management should call the police and have them drive by so many times a night and this would not happen again at least for a while. Also the tub and sink in the bathroom did not drain right. There were cockroaches in the room, it has a old television that the remote did not work. The hotel is in need of a makeover. It does not have to be a lot of money, but for under $200, one can buy a flat tv and if they buy in bulk could even be better price wise. Cleaning of furniture (spots on the fabrics), cushion on loveseat was sunk in, and the carpet needs cleaning.

Rented two rooms, one was good in the other room we were killing roaches reported it to the management and no result. Also was not allowed to use my military discount

1St of the key card did not work, 2nd the phone did not work in room 109, which was the room I was in. Then it had no wash clothes in the room. So I go back to the front desk to report this, they apologize about the phone and wash clothes gave me some more key cards and said someone would come to my room with some wash clothes. Since the phone didn't work after two hours of waiting I used a bath towel to wash with and went to bed

Don't bother paying extra for the spa bathtub. It was a normal bathtub.

The staff was pretty nice and the room was comfortable.

Worst bed in any hotel in 6 months. Housekeeping not fininished by 4:30 for checkin. No coffee in morning, could not keep up with other guests.

very old but nothing can be done about that. That's why the price is cheaper than the others in the area.

I thought the staff was friendly and accommodating. It seemed to be pretty clean.

Staff was very rude..didn't put us in the room we booked...had to switch rooms several times once cause toilet wouldn't stop running ...once cuz they had is in wrong room and again n toilet still would flush ...outside smelled as if someone had urinated everywhere and did not get wat we paid for
