Location and parking.
Room was under renovation & incomplete with extremely poor lighting. All staff were smokers even though this facility is "smoke free ".
Clean Good breakfast
Stairway is very narrow. There were five doors in one room
Sink in room not bathroom. No refrigerator
Breakfast excellent. Room clean.
Room size extremely small. Not worth the price especially in off season.
stayed in the mini suite. nice room, convenient to everywhere, clean, nice decor
Bedroom nicely decorated
Selling a "suite" which does not have a proper bathroom is deceiving. Bkfast was also disappointing
Location central to Newport. Attractive lodgings
Instructions in guest book somewhat limited. Breakfasts were same every day could have had some variety.
Quaint in many ways. The music playing in the living area created a charming atmosphere.
Staff didn't address or fix problem with leaning/wobbling headboard upon request, nor offered a discount to remedy the problem. Breakfast was same thing two days in a row. Bathroom doorknob fell off and then the main door knob to the room became stuck and we could not get out of the room. Manager went out of town and we were told he would call us back but he didn't.
If I have to pick what I liked the bed would be it.
The junior suite had the only large jacuzzi tub that never really worked. The shower waste tiny. The room has no place for clothes. No bureaus. Even motel 6 has that. The tv a Colby brand we never heard about was the worst. It kept shutting down. For the amount that we paid it wasn't worth it. Very disappointing
The location is great, and that's about the only thing.
Bed was uncomfortable and old, no amenities, the bathroom was tiny and the hair dryer didn't work, no water pressure, adjoining room has a comically unsecure lock, paper thin walls, stale breakfast.
The charm and area
For the price, the rooms were absolutely tiny. The bathroom was split up from a tiny room and then the sink was next to the bed. The room had no mini fridge which we found odd. Also, 2 wine glasses with wine bucket but no bottle of wine haha what a tease. Had to call front desk to find bottle opener. We booked room just for a place to sleep for the weekend, but I wouldnt recommend it for a room you plan to spend time in.
Location, unique rooms, breakfast
On a busy street so quite loud at night. Walls are also thin so you hear everything.
The price was affordable to be in town
Bed sagging, musty smell in bathroom, breakfast poor...when cooking for many on a hot plate pancakes come out from the "kitchen" room temp. No apologies offered to fire alarm going off before 7 am Luckily it was false alarm
No hot water for showers!!!!
Breakfast was out of hot foods.
Breakfast Charm of older room decor
While I like the charm of older room decor in the bedroom I would like a bit more up to date shower room.
Room needs to be updated bathroom needs renovation bed getting old
No drain in bath
Comfortable, elegant room with plenty of space at the bellevue Manor. Free, convenient parking right behind the Manor
Confusing at first--didn't know which inn to check in at
The room was dark lights had to be on the entire time. The shower was very poor, there was not a full length mirror, or a full length hanging cupboard. The doors on the cupboards were jammed shut bad needed sorting out, I bruised my arm on a long screw holding the handle on one of the doors that was sticking out.
Not much. Nice manager and nice staff in the coffee bar
The extremely surly woman who checked us in. The lack of space. The price/benefit ratio
Rooms were very clean and nice breakfast was available.
Thin walls. Could hear TV and talking from next room.
