Beatiful Veiw of the Harbor
Parking Lot To Hotel Was Not Very Conveinent
view of harbor room accommodations - Keurig machine, TV in bathroom staff pool area value location
problem with vending machine in pool area pillows weren't very comfortable - too squishy restaurant a bit pricey
The view from our room was amazing. The soaking tub was wonderful. The location could not of been better. Had breakfast delivered to room, and they set it up in front of the window with the beautiful view.
The hotel is under construction, which was not disclosed before booking. Parking was very expensive and should be included. Restaurant and room service very expensive.
Staff was nice and helpful
Hotel was under construction and wasn't aware of this until arrival. Construction was loud and did not make the hotel welcoming. Felt like the room was overpriced given the circumstances.
Almost everything, especially the doorman he was exceptional could not help enough!!!!!
The pillows they were too soft . I prefer a hard pillow
Excellent service , very friendly and accommodating staff
There was major construction at this hotel. Main lobby closed which made check in backed up due to number of staff working. I think this should have been noted when booking the room.
The only thing worthwhile was the view from the room
The entire place is undergoing construction. I hated it so much that I left a few hours after getting there.
I was worried when I saw there was construction at the hotel, and the reservation desk was displaced, no real lobby to speak of, but the location, the room, the view, the food, the staff... everything was perfect!
Just slightly worried about the construction upon arrival, but they made accommodations for it and the hotel did not disappoint.
A lot of things were under construction, leak from 8th floor to bar, lobby and gym area. But still ppl were welcoming and clean. Great location over harbor!!! I would stay again....
The location was exactly what I wanted. A beautiful view of the harbor. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable.
The view from our room was great, although the curtains don't pull back very far so it lessens the look of the inner harbor.
The bed was broken as in one side was completely depressed so my wife kept rolling off it when she got to the edge. She weighs less than 120 pounds so you can imagine how busted it must have been for her to fall off. Also there was brown color/sediment in the water coming from the sink/shower so neither I nor my wife showered in the morning. We used complimentary water to brush our teeth at night. We were told in the morning that it was due to construction going on, but we were in no way warned when we made the reservations or when we checked in. Needless to say, neither of us got a good night sleep and we were both unkempt when we went to work the next day.
The location is great
The hotel is old and there are some renevations in progress that we were not told about at the time of booking. Had to ask for towels as there were none in room on arrival. No additional toilet paper either. This hotel should not have a four star rating ! Max 3 star.
Parking. Inconvenient and expensive.
Friendly staff...good food, clean and comfortable rooms. A short walk to the Inner Harbor. The best views if the Harbor than any hotel I've stayed in.
Older hotel that needs some updating. Currently undergoing renovations.
Location, size of room
Lobby was being renovated
I liked everything except self park
Location made enjoying the Inner Harbor great. Loved the attitude of all of the staff.
Food in Explorers Restaurant. We visited for dessert and coffee. Ordered warm apple pie. Pie was very cold, apples mushy and crust mushy too - YUCK Ordered breakfast to be delivered, potatoes were dry and over cooked. Definately would stay at hotel again, but eat all food out
Fitness center, location, bed comfort, bar staff, front desk and maid staff....excellent!
Silver duct tape was used to hold down the carpet at the bathroom entrance.(room 422) Very tacky look...no pun intended!
The View of the Harbor
Staff, Location, Lobby, Room Food
Please get the harbor view room, it's worth it.
It was beautiful!!
The staff were very friendly, especially the team at the concierge and valet services team. This was my first visit to Baltimore, and I can easily see myself returning to this same hotel.
None to put.
