Location, size of room
Lobby was being renovated
I liked everything except self park
Location made enjoying the Inner Harbor great. Loved the attitude of all of the staff.
Food in Explorers Restaurant. We visited for dessert and coffee. Ordered warm apple pie. Pie was very cold, apples mushy and crust mushy too - YUCK Ordered breakfast to be delivered, potatoes were dry and over cooked. Definately would stay at hotel again, but eat all food out
Fitness center, location, bed comfort, bar staff, front desk and maid staff....excellent!
Silver duct tape was used to hold down the carpet at the bathroom entrance.(room 422) Very tacky look...no pun intended!
The View of the Harbor
Staff, Location, Lobby, Room Food
Please get the harbor view room, it's worth it.
It was beautiful!!
The staff were very friendly, especially the team at the concierge and valet services team. This was my first visit to Baltimore, and I can easily see myself returning to this same hotel.
None to put.
The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with!!
Booking.com offers me an upgrade for a fee and sends pictures of a huge suite and bathroom. I take the upgrade but got a regular room with regular size bathroom.....sort of "false advertising" on Booking.com's part??
location, ammenities,room itself
Poor service by all except for Ernest the valet. Put us in a room on a floor where there was a television crew at work filming. Couldn't even get into our door. Were unresponsive to our complaints until my husband got in their face.Called for housekeeping-nothing, called for valet on last day..no response.
Super comfortable king mattress. The room and the bed was very large. Made the Mrs. and I glad we included this hotel in our fun weekend.
Parking should be included and a bit better communication about the free transportation. Even with directions explaining how to get to major areas such as Fell Point, Ex. take the orange line from (street name) to ... I'm an ex- educator and well educated and still have great difficulty.
My room was elegant, spacious and oh so comfortable! Welcoming and efficient staff! Prompt room service - pretty good except for the soggy breakfast potatoes
The location of the hotel was excellent and the view of the harbor from our room was unbelievable!
Comfortable bed, quiet room. Nice bathroom. Great staff. Easy check in and out. I requested something from the front desk and they brought it up right away.
I could not get the wifi to work. Faucet hardware was loose, needed tightening. The espresso bar downstairs was only staffed with one person and there was a line, so I did not get any breakfast.
The location was great for an Inner Harbor mini-vacation.
For the cost, breakfast was poor - tasted like leftovers, and some items in the room were not working.
The cleanliness, the attitude of the entire staff. The comfort that you felt while staying there. The treatment of the staff and above all the interest of helping the handicapped person and the compassion that you felt by their attitude and helpfulness.
Not enough or choices for eating. Very limited and if you wanted just something light it was not available. A sandwich shop that stays open until about 8 would be great. Prices in only open restaurant were too much for the quality of the food and the service. People who eat early because of hospital test are subjected to the noise and unwanted quietness of the happy hour that exist. Many people came down and looked, then left. For the handicapped person the staff is wonderful, but the facilities lack the convenience of eating something simple without leaving the facility which is inconvenient and not comfortable for the handicapped or person alone. No shuttle to the hospital and limites the ability of the woman alone or with disability.
Friendliness and helpfulness of bell and front desk staff
Breakfast in restaurant was slow and all courses arrive at once - if one eats cereal or fruit - next course is cold
The bed pillows were horrible! Made for a restless.
Accommodations were good, clean, and comfortable. Gym was nice.
Room service was terrible. I called and placed my order. Gave my room number and name (which in most hotels is know as soon as you dial from your room phone). I was told the food would be there in 30 minutes. I called back 1 hour later and was told they made a mistake with the room number and my order would be up immediately. I then waited another 30 minutes before my meal arrived. Really not acceptable!
No free wifi
Great view of harbor and star spangled fireworks. Front desk was very helpful. Easy walk to everything. Folks in the bar were great...taught me a new drink...thanks.
Some of the furniture was very worn and this was in one of the expensive rooms!
Very nice staff hotel was in an excellant location close to many restaurants and shops many within walking distance. We had a , problem with our room on the first night and the staff moved us to a very large suite without us even asking for the move. Very impressed with the staff addressing me by name whenever they saw me. The view of the harbor from our room was beautiful. Will be returning
Not long enough stay
