Please get another TV or better signal for the old old TV..it really takes away from the place.

A cracking hotel with a great central location to the Galleria and local business district. I've stayed in all the other hotels locally and this is the best of the lot in my opinion. The gym is also great (with good TV's on cardio equipment). Parking is also plentiful and you can self park (becoming quite rare in Galleria Hotel area). I look to head back soon.

Easy to find, good sized quiet room.

Paying to park my car $16 for self park $27 for valet I think. Also hate it when you have to go down 4 levels in one elevator only to go back up 10 in another.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I love the concierge Luis!!!! He was so wonderful and so fabulous! The valet guys were such gentlemen and so adorable!

My bathroom was stopped up-but I called down and I was moved and the problem was solved! It was as if it never happened!

The staff upgraded my room free of charge and they had everything I need.. I love it and I cant wait to book again.. The only thing I didnt like was we couldnt go swimming cause of the weather outside. But not the hotel fault..

Nice location. Friendly and dedicated staff from reception to cleaners. Excellent value for money. Nice breakfast.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The linens were magnificent and the bath products were luxurious. Loved these products so much that I have purchased them thru the internet. The work out room has high quality and variety of equipment. The internet is hi speed and reliable. The staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel was very friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good with variety and quality overall. This hotel is next to IH610 however, the noise was not an issue. Parking was secure and easily accessible from the hotel.

The pillows are too soft. They conform easily to different shapes, however, they flattened up after you have been on them. This gave me neck and shoulder pain.

The location and staff are good

This is not what I consider 4 Star. The TV's are small and out dated. You expect HD Flat Screen these days, especially in what is to be a 4 Star. No in room coffee?

The buffet breakfast was not impressive at all. I expected more because of the quality of the hotel. I would have loved to see an omelete bar. The pancakes appeared to be the frozen microwavable ones and the restaurant staff were pretty useless. They were kind, but only passed out drinks.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean. It was in a pretty good location in regards to various sites.

Everything was good. No issues.

My entire stay was filled with nothing but respect from the staff which was greatly appreciated.

I wish that we had a larger bath tub, and better water pressure.

Staff was courteous and house keeping did an excellent job. location was perfect and easy to find. Parking was easy although thee garage lanes are really tight, so make sure to really cautious.

The television sets were outdated and in the mini fridge 3 out of 4 bottles of water had the safety seal broken.

The staff went out of their way to speak and be friendly. This was everyone from walking down the hall and seeing housekeeping to the valet, along w/ concierge, dining staff and front desk

I know you can't help it, but getting in and out of the hotel was a nightmare because of the one way street and the traffic.

Was put in a room by the elevator. Extremely noisy all night. Hotel was full and couldn't be moved. Very surprised that a room would share a wall with an elevator shaft without adequate sound proofing.

The amenities, location and condition of the hotel are excellent. It's a very comfortable place to stay.

The traffic at the hotel's location is always quite heavy and it can be difficult to leave the property, but that is beyond the hotel's control.

The associate who checked us in was warm and welcoming. She noticed that I wasn't feeling well and immediately offered to have warm tea brought to my room. Little gestures like that, made me feel comfortable to be there knowing the staff is so attentive.

Very good service, the hotel was busy with a convention and i wanted a quite room, they upgraded me to ensure i was not with the big group, thank you sonesta
