I was on the 27th floor. The water temperature was either hot or cold; I couldn't get warm.

Close to the Heat game and short walk back. Great

This hotel has fantastic facilities and it's right in the middle of downtown. I assume it's usually pricey, but since we booked 3 months in advance, it turned out to be almost the same price as a Best Western. Excellent choice!

You can assume it's pretty difficult and expensive to park your car in the downtown area. So it sucks not to have another option but to use the valet parking service which costs u$36 per night (really pricey if you ask me!) They should let us park ourselves in their garage and just charge the parking fee, not parking fee + valet + tips + etc...

Nice rooms. Nice views. Good central location.

Expensive wifi. Most hotels offer for free. Also I connected on my phone and IPad. When my partner connected on her phone it charged me double because you can connect a maximum of 2 devices. I skimmed the 50 page terms but couldn't find this clause. Was told on checkout that I had been charged double for Internet nearly 40 dollars per day..

Comfortable air conditioning, view, location, comfortable bed

Poor signage to find business centre & restaurant, expensive internet- should be built into the price, I paid $5 to use the business centre computer to print my boarding pass and the printer didn't work. Never did get the boarding pass - very unsatisfactory.

Your restraunt menu was very poor, as a matter of fact it seemed that very few people supported this facility

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great view and comfort of the room.

Breakfast is expensive. Access to the Gym could be included in the price of the room.

There was a noise due to construction work . I was unable to sleep.

I ve chosen the Intercontinental because I need to be in downtown and the location was right.

I left the hotel really disgusted. I would like to make all of you conscious of their terrible commercial strategy. I ve paid U$S 170 per night but everything I used in the hotel I had to pay it as an extra. Most services that every regular hotel includes, in this hotel you will have to pay it additionally. Internet, widely included in rmost hotel rates will cost you U$S 17 p/day!( in lobby also) I tried to run in the gym would cost me U$S 15 since Gym is not included!, Parking will cost you U$S 36 as expensive as New york and you dont have any other place to park, coffee pack in inroom coffee maker will cost you U$S 19 and to complete this incredible picture I asked to the concierge to keep my luggage for a couple of hours till I go to the airport and he present me a ticket with a U$S 1 charge per bag!!!! So guys the real price of this hotel would be more than U$S 250... and is not worth that price at all. To make this scene more colorful all the staff of bellboys were violent tip hunters!! I left this old hotel with the sour feeling of having been abused...

It is a very convenient location. The room was very nice and the view of the bay was spectacular.
