Good location, nice service and very good gym - Hotel service people made a mistake on the bills when we did check out - 1 person told us we have paid by 3rd party when we did check in, means no need to make payment. When we check out, the other people print the total of 3 days bills asked us to make payment again, it's really confused.

The location and the room The bell desk was rude to my girlfriend. After the bell desk took my bags from my rental I was to drop the rental back. The bell desk didnt advise me to see the front desk before I left. Consequently, my girlfriend could not check in until I returned over an hour later. I also found the bell desk pushy and I became quite annoyed when they insisted on calling me a cab when I could have hailed one from the front.

Location in the city center, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and public transport. (Cable car, bus, train) On arrival we got an upgrade and had a wonderful room on the 29th floor, overlooking the city. In a hotel of this price range free wifi should be included!

IT is a new building and has amazing views if you have a room on the upper floors. I also like the lap pool. The location is fine, not in the center of Union Square but close enough. Valet parking is really expensive.

Some modern features (like a button for regulation of thr room access (do not disturb, make up etc.)), the lobby restaurant Hotel tried to charge amounts without explanation,the ceiling is pretty low, my room didn't have panoramic windows etc.

Confortável e bem localizado. Exceto pelo pessoal da limpeza, o atendimento foi apenas razoável. Cobrar us$60.00 Por dia de estacionamento, us$14.50 Por dia de Internet e us$1.50 Por ligacao para 0800, não faz qualquer sentido, isso sem falar no preço do breakfast. Estacionei do outro lado da rua por us$20.00.

Прекрасное месторасположение. Светлый новый отель. Достаточно большой номер. Если вы хотите выспаться, то этот отель не для вас. Начиная с 8-ми утра хаузскиперы начинают ломиться в номера, чтобы убраться. На этаже примерно 20 номеров и каждую дверь они открывают, а потом с сильным шумом захлопывают. Вернее дверь захлопывается сама, но очень громко! Хлопанье дверей вас и разбудит, ну и конечно назойливая уборщица. Табличек "НЕ БЕСПОКОИТЬ" в отеле просто нет. Есть защелка на двери, которую нужно определенным образом повернуть, чтобы зажегся красный огонек снаружи. Но персонал этот огонек все равно игнорирует. На третье утро меня просто трясло от возмущения. Так хотелось поспать подольше...Уборка номеров тоже не идеальная. Очень дорогой паркинг ( с налогом 59 $). Но рядом с отелем есть публичный паркинг, в два раза дешевле - имейте ввиду.Отель блокирует на карте сумму на 100 $ в сутки больше, чем стоимость номера. Не предупреждают об этом.
