Location was excellent and at a reasonable price - and the breakfast selection was one of the best we've ever had. Terrific!
They treated us like royalty!
A bit far from center Lack of good Restaurants in the area
Very clean and professional.
Was billed for things that we did not purchase
Modern sleek design
Loved the view from the room, spaciousness and comfort. The bed felt like home. Our front desk clerk was truly warm and professional...we decided to "wing it' in San Fran cisco and ALL of her recommendations were spot on. Can't remember her name but a delightful lady.
As with all hotels in the world, the mini bar prices are ridiculous! Just charge your guests $100.00 more per night and make that damn mini bar complimentary. At $8.00 for a litter bottle of water, I can get a case of 24 bottles with change!
The gym. Size of room and bathroom (we were in a superior room) Speedy elevators. Comfy beds
Overpriced telephone rates. Additional charge for turndown service.
Location, lobby, room service, concierge.
Frontdesk was very slow and in experienced. During our stay, they had some issue with our credit card (which was working elsewhere, but not with them) and the lacked us out of our room till receiving another credit card. When asked for manager, waiting time was so long that we gave up complaining. Was very surprised with all this and no word of sorry (technically I am 'Prefered Guest' of the IC Group...
All very nice including your staff
- In the heart of the business district and next to the convention center - Close to many different restaurants nearby - Courteous staff
- Expensive valet/parking charges (recommend parking at the public parking building right behind it, or go for street parking)
You can hear the noise in the street st the room
Everything but the bed
The bed had a big dip and you could feel the springs.
The Concierge was very helpful in helping us to find places to visit in Napa Valley.
Dingy old towels. Shampoo, Conditioner, and soap were not delivered daily.
Good access to the center and public transportation. Very knowledgeable staff at the concierge desk. Clean, bright, modern rooms.
A bit of street noise at night audible through the windows. Near some sketchy but gentrifying areas.
Breakfast just to expensive, having to pay for WIFI.
Hotel was great, staff and facilities as you would expect.
Location was ok, not in the heart of things. Really expensive parking. No black tea in the room, only coffee and green tea.
Breakfast. Helpful concierge. Location. Cleanliness. Size of room
Had to pay for wifi. Room booked for two children and two adults but only got free breakfast for two. Breakfast $30 per person. $50 to park in hotel. Front desk staff not very helpful and abrupt. Can park closer to hotel for $25 or $35. Any extras are very expensive.
Amazing views from our room on the 33rd floor. It overlooked the Bay. Room was clean and comfortable.
I liked the friends staff! They made you feel comfortable and were very helpful! Also nice comfy beds!
Our view wasn't the greatest. We saw too much of the buildings nearby ugly rooftops.
Staff, concierge service was excellent
Lucked into a low price special in a luxury hotel. Staff made me feel pampered. Beautiful comfortable room. Entirely smoke free facility!!! Stunning architecture inside and out, especially in the lobby area.
The on site restaurant was a little pricey but the food was good, as was the service. Good for a special treat but not on a regular basis.
Fantastic corner room with very comfortable bed, front desk staff very helpful!
A few delays whilst their special guest was staying but handled as well as could be expected!
The view from upper floors are awesome.
Comfortable beds and good location
