InterContinental Hotel Mark Hopkins San Francisco  

Son emplacement est idéal. Son parking est tres cher . Acceuil est assez moyen et le confort est correct pour un etablissement de centre ville mais sans plus . Dommage

Le prix du parking prohibitif

Hotel confortable et très classique dans un quartier calme centrale, proche de Chinatown et de Union Square, même s'il faut quand même monter la colline Nob Hill mais le cable car est là pour cela!!! Clientèle chic à l'américaine. Impression de se trouver dans une des institutions hôtelières de SF avec l'élégance qui caractérise ce genre d'endroit. Ne pas manquer en journée pour brunch ou lunch le restaurant Top of the Mark avec vue à 180° sur SF, gorgious!!!

Pas trop d'ambiance mais service agréable.

We just loved this hotle. We were able to walk down to the shops and all over the city. The staff was super nice and helped out in anyway the could. I would have to say it was the bestest stay I have ever had in San Francisco. We will stay here again. Oh one more thing they had up graded our room because we were there for a Honeymoon and they had left a nice card and bottle of champagne for us too. Great service!

None... The hotel rocked!!!

Everything but particularly the extreme quiet of the room we occupied:No air conditioning hum coming from the wall.No street noise. No neighboring room noises. Total peaceful comfort and isolation from the outside noise intrusions. We slept extremely well. The room decor was also in perfect good taste.The bathroom was a gem of comfort and floor/walls detailing.

Some of the hotel guests we saw were short of civilized manners and their dress code was that of commercial truck drivers. Particularly obnoxious visually was the wearing of dirty,discolored baseball caps in the restaurant while having their meals. Not just one guest but several. We expected a more distinguished looking class of guests at the Mark Hopkins.The times have truly changed for senior, world traveled people like us.

Beautiful old world hotel in a very upscale neighborhood

For those who are not able-bodied, the location at the top of a very steep hill is a serious problem and should be noted in your hotel description

I'd expected two beds in the room, which wasn't the case. The only alternative they offered was an extra bed at 30 extra dollar. Redicilous for à hotel with this reputation.

Luxury, nice, clean, friendly stuff. Very nice location on the top of the hill, great view.

Too expencive internet connection and parking. Hotelparking costs 51 dollars, next to the buolding where is public parking it costs 30 dollars.

Great facilities

Located on the top of that area...The water pressure was not good enough to make the shower.

The front desk staff was excellent.

The staff was fabulous and very helpful. I had a lovely room with a great view. The hotel is in a spectacular location with a great view of the city.

The staff was professional and courteous and the room was perfect. We also very much appreciate the champaign to celebrate our honeymoon.

Luxurious city hotel with a long tradition on top of Nob Hill, but still in walking distance to Union Square.

The acoustic insulation of the guest room windows could be updated. Although we got a room on the 5th floor, it was still noisy I.E. due to the cable car operating in front of the hotel.

Cordial staff esp. Concierge; fantastic view form Top of the Mark and excellent wait staff plus food at this same area very convenient location
