Iittle tiny insects in bathroom'...need to have pest control check it out.
Great service. Beautiful rooms and quiet. Great view of the sf at night
Gojng up on a hill to get there.
Good position from city centre. Comfort of sleep thanks to soft bed and pillow. Nice view from every room. Fantastic view from rooftop restaurant, even if casual dress is Not accepted. Staff polite and available to satisfy any request.
Windows frame a bit old, to be renewed as air came in. Parking too expensive.
Small and slow elevator
The hotel is first class from the service to the location to the restaurants. We loved everything about it and will definitely stay there again if we return to San Francisco.
Fee for parking and wifi.
Room a little small
Also, bad location and service

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Just ask any of them about anything and they will give you a valuable advice.
Staff all very good, nice restaurant.
Water pressure in the shower was very poor (2 rooms checked). Parking expensive $52+ per day
Total disorganization at check in
Attentiteness of staff, as it was our honey moon, they gave us a bottle of champagne by way of congratulations. Comfy clean room, great facilities
Great central location for all the sites, easy to get cabs, great views
On a hill and tough walking,
Close to cable car, beautiful scenery and building
The Top of the Mark restaurant & cocktail lounge Beautiful upholstery and design touches
We had to park downstairs and walk up to the Lobby
Great location with comfortable rooms. Helpful staff and feeling of old world luxury.
Long walk up the hill after a day of sightseeing. Take a cab if you are not up for it!
Everything worked very well. The location. Front desk and valley were very efficient.
Location was great, quiet for a big city (we faced the bay bridge), views from top of the mark were excellent. Room was well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Restaurants closed early (Top of Mark), but remained open for drinks.
we got upgraded to a suite because of the noisy room after 1 night
the noisy elevator
Nice clean rooms
Restaurant on main floor was only for CLUB members! Very disappointing. We had to leave the hotel to eat somewhere else. The bar/restaurant on top floor was nice however NO SHORTS allowed. Many folks were turned away.
Need to modernize rooms
Towels on bathrooms too small. Need more charging stations for devices in room and more modern audio system
Comfortable bed Great shower Room service very good
noise seemed to carry from room to room
My room The staff particularly the door men The convenient location
Having to pay for Wi Fi Price of breakfast, very overpriced. Price of telephone calls
Location is good - 10~20 minutes walk to some key PoI, e.g. Fisherman's Wharf, China Town, Cable Car station and Union Square.
Parking is way to expensive at Nob Hill area(US$60 over night ). Also, compared with my experience with other InterCom hotels, the staff is not that friendly and active.
