The restaurant food was ok, but the staff was terrible! We actually had our breakfast comped because of lack of attention. The concierge was not knowledgable about the closing of the jfk Library and should have been since this is a major attraction.

Central location provides great views and easy walking to cultural sites and trolley stops. In-room dining offers top-quality food and fast, professional service. Valet parking is easy and conveniently on-site. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-appointed. The bathtub is a major plus after long days sight seeing. Super friendly and helpful staff make vacation planning simple.

Cleaning person did not restock towels, toilet paper, or Kleenex.

The service was brilliant. We would highly recommend this establishment.

The fire station was directly across from my room and it was terrible especially on Friday and Saturday nights;

The location was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming with the exception of first arrival, the valet's didn't seem too thrilled or overly enthusiastic as we weren't sure exactly what to do. The hotel was beautiful and spacious as were the rooms.

There was hair in our bathtub that needed to be wiped out and therewas a needle on the floor that my son luckily saw before anyone stepped on it. The price of the parking was pretty steep.

the room size was very comfortable and the room arrangement made seem even more spacious. the hotel restaurant was easily 4 star in quality of food for dinner. the hotel staff was friendly and customer serviced focused.

the breakfast buffet was average in food selections but the food did taste good. just didnt compare to the dinner menu.

The poorly fitting sliding glass doors between the bedroom and the bathroom which meant that the bed was flooded with light when my wife went to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

the staff are more than friendly , and the rooms are big and super clean . the food was great . i would diffidently come back to it if i am coming to Boston.

Le hall de l'hôtel est superbe, son emplacement est parfait pour une belle promenade le long du port et pour un super diner de fruits de mer au Barking crab à 2 min de l'hôtel. Il y a des taxis toujours devant l'entrée de l'hôtel ce qui est super pour des déplacements vers South End, Back Bay etc... Prévoir 15 min de marche pour se rendre à Beacon Hill. Boston est une ville à taille humaine tout peut se faire à pied. Enfin, notre chambre était grande, très propre, une grande douche italienne, une belle baignoire et de bon produits de bains.

Le wifi payant dans les chambres et le prix excessif des appels internationaux depuis la chambre (80$ pour 10min...) et le prix excessif du buffet (25$) pour le petit déjeuner au "Miel Brasserie"...non compris dans le prix de la chambre...
