The Staff was particularly great!
Location, staff, very clean room, good food.
The area is great right on the waterfront. The rooms, we stayed on the club floor, are spacious and extremely clean. The club room was staffed with friendly people and was quiet and clean.
We thought we had paid in advance having chosen that rate and then were given a bill when leaving. Whilst i understand jow this happened it was confusing. No free wifi which is just out of the dark ages (come on if starbucks can provide it you can). There was no view from our room as it faced another part of the hotel and therefore was always dark. The club room also had no view
This hotel was amazing. From the great location to the incredible service everything was a 10/10. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Boston
Location excellent Pool Outside area
The room was badly designed. There was a large sliding frosted glass window between the bedroom and bathroom. This did not provide enough privacy, but worse, if someone used the bathroom at night the bedroom was flooded with light.
The waterview relaxtion
Location, room setting, big bathroom, staff extremely service oriented, indoor pool and gym, breakfast excellent, high european standard, would go there without hesitation again
Had to change room bc first one was really too dark, water in indoor pool not heated

Great location. Beautiful hotel. Spacious room that was very comfortable. A bit pricey- but a better mor luxurios spot than others in the area for the same price
Mini bar was crazy expensive - and not easy to find that info. $16 for one mini johnnies walker!!!!!
Loved our stay here - easy walk to many great spots downtown.
Everything but the rate
Love love love the location... your just close to everything. You can walk to anywhere... park 15 min or downtown 10 min and newberry street 20 min Nice smell greats u when u enter the lobby. Spacious room With Coffee machine and iron boared ours was a very nicely equiped room
Concierge although very efficient she not friendly I guess everybody in Boston is a bit snobbish
Everything was awesome
Overall the whole entire feel of the hotel was nice. The pool was very nice and staff was helpful and generous
No free Wi-fi. However if you join the IHG club (free) you will get free wi fi.
I could not fault the hotel in any way it was the best hotel ive ever experienced great location too staff went out of there was for us complentary drinks in our room and a personal hand written letter welcoming us back it was the second time we had stayed there

Pay for wifi. Difficult to find ice machines on floors. Confusing finding rooms from elevators. Thinking elevator wall should be diff color; easier to see. Expensive to valet park.
MS. Han in reception is very nice. She give us lots of advise.
Manager gave a discount as compensation for a/c problems. Location is excellent, walking distance from Quincy market, Boston Common and other major points of interest.
The a/c was not working and room temperature was uncomfortable. Maintenance staff did not check the unit as they said over the phone that it couldn't be fixed overnight.
The hote was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful though I didn't get the water view I paid for. The restaurants and bars were terrific.
I paid for a king with a water view. Unless I leaned over did I see the water. I was very upset on my arrival. I was told my charge was 1149 and my credit card was no good when it had been charged 1329 at 5:30 am. My son was very upset when I was told to give another credit card. The manager told me my bank added charges. The bank said the hotel authorized the charges. This put a damper on my whole weekend. My son was embarrassed because it was discussed at the front desk
We liked the fact that our room was just like what we saw on the web. We were very comfortable and we always believe that you get what you pay for.
The only thing that we could say that wasn't appealing was that the hallway on the 9th floor was a little smellie.
They checked me in at 10am even thought check in is at 3pm. The staff was courteous and helpful.
They had to holds on my checking account which caused overdraft fees on from my bank. They put a hold on your card for the room, taxes and $100 incidentals which is fine, but then they charged my debit card the correct cost and didn't release the hold for the $300 they put on my card for a few days, the $300 dollars being put on debit hold, that I thought was available to pay bills, caused 6 overdraft fees. They should make sure once they charge your card, all preauth holds are released, not everyone can afford to have $300 in their checking account not available.
