Staff friendly and helpful.

Lack of restaurant options after 9pm.

Loved all of the restaurants, especially Fresco 21. Great food selection, and delicious. Loved the modern flare to the rooms.

Did not like that there was no refrigerator in the room. I had to pull things out of the in-room bar in order to fit my meds in it, and then was charged for beverages I didn't drink because I had moved them from the in-room bar.

We thought the burger and fries were outstanding. The French press coffee was terrific.

Rooms are too dark - especially for mature people. How does anyone put on makeup in the dark? Only a man could have designed these rooms. Women do not like rain showers. Also the television viewing was terrible. Don't you think Lodgenet would be a better choice for your patrons?

Very clean hotel and the art gallery feel of local artists was nice. The rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head rain shower head. The quality of guests relation is very good with a we take care of guests attitude is a plus in my book. Oh in let me not forget to mention the restaurant on site down in lobby of hotel excellent service and food, so for my visit a+++.

Room shower quiet

Bed was very comfortable. I loved the design of the bathroom especially the shower.

We had an unexpected stayover in Chicago before an early morning flight. The availability, price and proximity were all advantages.

We had to wait quite a while for the complimentary shuttle bus to arrive.

Thé Check in gavé me a room which was already occupied. Then I was transferred in a room where air conditioning system blowed me directly on my head during the night. Fimaly I was wailed up by service employees at 8:00 Am. Very bad experience for an hotel of this level.

We were in town for a concert. The hotel was walking distance from wonderful restaurants and the venue. Their own restaurant was fabulous! Very upscale!

the staff, you feel like you are disturbing them when checking in, there no bell boy to take your lugage to your room, and you also have to call to get the shuttle free servive for your airport pick up, make sure you have phone change or a cell because this internationnal class hotel does not accept collect call ???

The coffee could have been stronger (but maybe that is just me).

The hotel lobby, facilities and room were lovely. The adjacent restaurants were well reputed.

Very luxurious, clean and comfortable.

My son and I were there for a quick visit before I had to travel south. We were appalled a the cost of the parking, and the cost of breakfast, as well. no free continental breakfast, no free wi-fi. The place is more appropriate for business people traveling on the company dime.

It was clean and convenient for visiting our family. Love the big park right across the street. It was close to amenities. The cleaning staff went above and beyond when my son was very sick the day we spent there.

Paying for parking and internet.

It was easy to find. Bed was comfortable.

Too expensive. Charged for parking even though the garage was half empty. I would have expected it in town but not way out there. Looked for coffee in the lobby in the morning but wound up having to buy the 19. breakfast that didn't even incluse the coffee. Next time I will do more research before I book.

No real facilities

The room was comfortable, luxuriious - and we loved the Keurig! Design was fine, loved the glass-tiled shower, cylindrical sink and very comfy beds. Your desk staffer, Rudy, gave excellent directions into the city bypassing congested major highways. Took extra time, and we appreciated his help.

Just the the fact that your staff did not supply us with washcloths.

We were looking for a hotel on the airport to be able to catch a flight easily in the morning... 50$ a night per person with great accommodation ... Can't beat that.. Would have loved to have breaks included but at that price ... Staff really nice, concierge very efficient and helpfull

Perfect to catch flight on the airport area.. Otherwise 30min train from downtown chicago

Our trip to Chicago occurred as a result of the One Direction concert at the Allstate Arena. We were traveling with young teens from stl, mo. We would have appreciated info from the hotel about the toll roads and IPass tolls, however the hotel bellhops and valet attendants were most helpful with dealing with the fines incurred. Overall, our experience at the ico was more than enjoyable. Gracious staff, luxurious bedding and towels and our request for side by side rooms was met. I would rank this hotel a 9 out of 10 and will return with my family. I will recommend this hotel to friends.
