Localização é excelente.

Um hotel dessa categoria cobrar o uso da academia, 7 dolares numa garrafa de agua, 18 de diaria de internet e 7 dolares por pratos e talheres não me parece razoável. Além disso os preços das refeições é exageradamente caro. Até a check-out late (que é oferecido sem custo por hoteis desta categoria) é cobrado lá. Portanto prepare-se. Se quiser conforto, se prepare para gastar com todos estes adicionais. Do contrário fique no Best Western Plus (que é proximo) ou no Holiday. Nesse hotel não volto jamais.

The bill was not correct. They charged taxes on 4 persons instead of two. The hotel still owes us 171.61 dollar. After a week the money is not yet on our account.

No one explained how we were going to get our luggage. We just thought it would be brought to our room, so we didn't turn in the ticket at first. Then, they called our room, but our ringer must have been off. We waited two hours with young, hungry kids (and a pregnant mom) just to get our luggage and start our trip. Also, the lightswitch in our room gave both adults a serious, scary shock. The offered solution was to switch rooms. We were with another family and didn't want to be far away from them, so that didn't work. No other solution was even suggested. I wouldn't bring my family here again.

Loved the design, location, cleanliness, and convenience. Staff was very helpful and knowledgable. Would definitely stay again!

The fact that you had to pay for ever single thing including internet. Then the computer would run slow so it was like a waste of money. Restaurant inside the hotel was too expensive cheaper to eat outside of hotel.

The location is great. Kids loved the pool. Great restaurants and shopping near by. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff.

The valet pricing is ridiculous. $57 a night is unheard of..... In addition, the room service fee seems extremely high. If you are offering such a great value on the room, it seems counter-productive with these other high fees.

It was a very nice place. I would like to come back anytime. I thought the price was just fine for all of the attractions near by. I would have no problems staying here again. Very Good!!!

Pool was not Kid friendly at all. High sides kids could not get up and deep. Only 4 ladders in whole pool.

The staff in the morning. The hotel was about to charge me 20 dollars more for the fee agreed during the booking time. The staff wasn't really nice when I realize the mistake. However he promised to fix that and charge on my cc only the restaurant. The stay would be charge once they find the reason for the price difference.

The location is fantastic, the rooms were pretty clean, the beds were comfy with nice linens, there was very little hallway or adjacent room noise, staff was prompt, courteous, and helpful, garage is on-site so no hauling luggage anywhere but up the elevator, valets were friendly and super fast.

First and foremost- we got charged $40 more per room than we booked the rooms for and it took me nearly an hour to sort out. We only stayed one night so that hour out of my morning was a big deal. They did eventually honor the original booking but I basically paid for the privilege of standing around the front desk instead of enjoying my time in the morning while my friends sat around upstairs waiting for me. While it was clean for the most part, there was some stuff of the bathroom counter, like waterspots or soap or something. Rooms are a bit rundown- some peeling wallpaper and chipped paint, loose toilet paper holder that allowed roll to fall on the floor the first time I pulled some off the roll, loose doorknobs on the adjacent room doors, loose, crooked, unsightly heating vent, carpet looking a bit worn in spots (and different carpet in each of our adjacent rooms which was just strange). Giant desk that serves zero purpose except to make sure a rollaway doesn't fit in the room. Staff told me there was a fridge but failed to tell me that it was for the outrageously priced minibar. We couldn't put anything in it because it was full of sensors to record minibar usage- and on that note, the minibar wasn't well stocked so just in case we had a hankering for a $4.50 can of Pepsi there wasn't any in our fridge and the nuts and candy were dusty and within a month of expiry- not that it mattered to us because we're not nearly stupid enough to spend $10.00 on a liter of Evian. The view was meh- it looked right into what was either another hotel or perhaps an apartment building across the street. I'm a little bit of a creep so I didn't mind peeking in the windows and seeing that one dude eat his dinner in front of his computer. The hallways were a bit dingy and outdated. Also, seriously- a bare-backed toilet in a what claims to be an upscale hotel? I felt like I was in a public restroom at a Walmart.

Loved ENO Restaurant, located in Hotel, food was wonderful, especially the wine selection. Loved being able to walk to shops like Burberry and Zara. Valet parking was great

Staff at front desk was unprofessional. Hotel had water issues yet was rented out. I asked for a better location and had to waist good 4 hours of my short stay to get that sorted out and at the end I didn't and had to check out and find another place.

Location was perfect, as our meetings were across the street. Shopping is all around the hotel and a great variety of restuarants. Field Museum is only a $10 taxi ride and the John Hancock building is just a couple blocks away. Room was clean and had everything expected, but...(read what we didn't like). Starbucks on the bottom floor was fantastic and was open at 6am. Staff was extremely helpful when you went to them. Hotel pool and fitness facilities are spectacular (but careful on the charges). Everything about the hotel is luxery with an additional price, but using Booking.com you can get a decent room price and then just ensure you eat at some of the local bars and grills and you can save funds. Also, use the buslines and the "L".

Room had internet for $17.95 per day and was slower than dialup - thought that was rather expensive. We had difficulty accessing hotmail. Accessing social media sites (Facebook and Twitter) without access to the regular internet was $6.95 a day. If you used the hotels provided computer and your own iPAD, then you paid and extra $14.95 on top of the $17.95. Great pool and sauna, but the fitness room is an extra $12 per day or max $16 per stay. Hotel provides room service, but the idea of paying $18 for a cheeseburger, plus 20% gratuity and a $4 delivery charge was rediculous. The hotel is clearly about extra charges. Careful on the mini-frig, remove an item for more than 30 seconds and you just purchased it. If you have kids, you can pay the hotel $30 to remove the contents - see how those extra charges add up!

It was hard to find the on switch to the lamp in the room,we arrived in the night and it was totaly darkm in tyhe room (no bell service)!! So I had to open my bag in the hallway and find my tourch.
