    Location

    Asked for a quiet room specifically and received a room on the streetcar line. Beds need more than two tiny pillows Had to ask for bathrobes

    Did not have a room for us even tho we had reservations for 2 months. Check in receptionist was very rude and never apologized for us not having a room available. Waited forever and were finally told they would put a rush order into clean a room and would call us by 4pm when it was ready. After 6pm we finally called them and they had no explanation to why we were never called bc it had been ready. Tried to speak to the manager but he was too busy. Had to call twice to get our luggage to our room. Was a bad first day! Rest of the stay was fine.

    Location

    I wasn't advised that this property was under renovation during my time of stay. Jack hammering over my room started at 8 am on Saturday morning and lasted all day, til 4:30. Worst hotel experience ever in New Orleans.

    We were greeted upon arrival by a great team of valets. The rooms were as advertised for layout and the beds were extremely comfortable, so much so that I will be researching what type of mattresses they use. Location to Bourbon St. and the tour routes is convenient-just a couple blocks off Canal St.

    At check-in the young lady was very friendly but a little scatter brained about programming the room cards, we had 3 rooms. It took 2 trips up and down the elevators to finally get the room cards correct. 1/2 of the channels on the TV did not have sound. Common hallways had a light scent of urea-think litter box, rooms were fine.

    The hotel under construction so it's painfully from 8 am to 4 pm. When I complain that I shold now about this when I made reservation they told me that booking . Com now about it and the manager in duti offer me free lunch in very low profile way. It's unprofessional

    To charge full fair during a refurbishment program encompassing most of the building - the noise, the dust, the smell of the machines all day long could drive anyone up the wall! One could even discuss that the hotel should be closed during such large renovation.

    The staff who greets at thee door was wonderful and the receptionist was very nice and helpful...perfect location

    House keeping was horrible hands down very rude

    The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room was very nice and very clean. Our room service breakfast was good. At check out valet was very quick with having our car brought around. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

    The construction going on was really smelly and loud. It also was a little confusing at check in.

    Nice location and fairly nice staff/ room service

    Renovations currently ongoing means extremely loud drilling noise around your room without prior notice starting at 8am. Do not expect a good night's sleep. Windows leak water into the room when it's raining. A/C makes a very loud click whenever it kicks in which is sure to startle you when asleep. Shower pipes start to rattle loudly when you use the hot water.

    We were on our honeymoon and upon arriving we were upgraded to a suite without any additional cost to us! The staff were very nice and professional...I would definitely stay there again!

    Most of the staff were very good, personable, helpful and very pleasant. The concierge was especially helpful, the Veranda staff was excellent. I was impressed by the professionalism of most of the staff, though there was one notable exception.

    The parking fee was rather exorbitant and a daily fee for Wi-fi struck us as excessive. The absence of an evening restaurant was an inconvenience.

    Location to all areas we wanted to visit.

    Check in on second floor. Luggage does not go up on escalator very easy.
