Liked the location.
No heat when we arrived, no internet , the phone didn't work and the room didn't look like or match the descriptions we saw online. Initial encounter with staf was no pleasant.
we filled the hot tub and the water was brown! the service at the restaurant was horrible and the food was even worse!!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money here. When I complained to the GM, he said I was aggravating him.
There room was very clean, and the staff were friendly.
Room was not ready when they told us check in time was, especially because we asked if it could be ready a bit early. No big deal!
I like being able to see the TV from the jacuzzi. I liked that there was a coffee machine w/ tea offered too. I liked the fridge. I liked the option to adjust the thermostat. I like that it was quiet and no noises. The shower had good water pressure. Etc.
The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. There was chipped paint in the bathroom floor and the bathroom door didn't shut very well. The knob to the jacuzzi drain was all chipped and broken.
There were no young children running up and down the hallways at night.
We would have prefered a room on the first level due to reacent knee replacement. But to be fair, I didn't request a 1st floor room either. It would be nice if there were elevators to accomidate all people though.
The place is out dated.. old furniture that I would not sit on. It was described as newly renovated. Old with minimal upkeep
Girl on registration desk, no t very pleasant. housekeeping did not clean room, make beds or put in new towels. Someone said it was a brothal.
Nothing at all, will never return
It was so dirty and outdated
Staff was efficient
Disappointed in the suite for the amount of money spent for one night. Maids yelling outside the door to one another down the hall at 9am. Maid knocking on the door at 9am then trying the doorknob. Check out wasn't until 11. We were still in bed.
took 3 rooms before we were willing to stay. rooms were run down ,dirty, water was black when we filled the tub. definitely will not go back there again. restaurant was only open for continental breakfast and most things were out of order or empty. toilet ran water all night, heat unit sounded like a truck running had to have room keys reprogrammed multiple times
My husband and I checked in and when we got in our room it wasn't the room we booked. We went back to the front desk and the clerk immediately looked over the reservation and checked us into another room and gave us an upgraded room by 3x to accommodate us for the inconvenience. We had a much needed relaxing stay and will be going back again soon for a longer stay. From our past experiences at this hotel we recommend going mid week if your looking to relax and unwind.
Nearby restaurants and shopping Very comfortable bed Very clean and tidy Linen and sheets smelled fresh Friendly and helpful staff Awesome water flow in showerhead
Very outdated decor No room service Preferred Crown Victorian Suite because the heart shaped jacuzzi was more accommodating for us, and had more jets than oval Jacuzzi in Plaza Suite. Also, $250 p/ night is a little outrageous, will stick to Crown Victorian Suite in our next stay.
Right on Main St.
No hot water. Tepid at best.
Bed was so comfortable
Walls in room were dirty the spa tub is to high for a 5 ft woman to get into you could not look out the window very dirty very loud too with people
More noisy than we expected, and the rooms seemed drab and a bit musty. The mattresses had a noisy cover on them, so they made noise even if you just sat on the edge of the bed.
in ad-inside pool, gone 5 years ago.in ad-canopy bed and hot tub, fire place gone 5 years ago.in ad-continental breakfast with room.have to pay now.on sign $ 69.95 with breakfast.we paid more and inn would not refund our difference.booking.com deceived us.because this ad was so extreme from the truth,I'm filling a complaint with the attorney generals office.. do not go to this place for your anniversary..
Main guy in the dining room at breakfast was welcoming and helpful and had a good manner. Free drinks available at 8pm on one of the two evenings I was there - compliments of the manager.
The room!! We stayed in the Waldorf Suite. Paid way too much money for the shabby condition of the rooms. Only one (unclean) window in the whole suite!! Very depressing. I did speak with a lovely woman at the front desk who asked how my stay was, I told her, and she spoke to the manager ( he was in a meeting. He promised to call me. I am still waiting to hear from the manager, who was supposed to call me back and has not as of this posting!! Very disappointing!!
Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and professional. Location is great for shopping.
The pink toilet seat was old and quite unsavoury looking, cracked and faded. Bedspread had an organic looking stain but was changed when pointed out to staff.
Like most travelers agreed, the location is very good.
Holes in sheets. Terrible dated decor. Un proffesional staff. Late check in hours, I understand they were "booked" the night before but not very accomodating.
The woman at the front desk was awesome. Good personality. Made us feel welcomed.
The hot tub, and the dinner was better than expected. I think they mentioned a new chef was in the kitchen that night.
The bathrooms ceilings and hotel halls were a bit dingy. Barely any WiFi access, I pretty much used my phone as a hotspot.
