Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and professional. Location is great for shopping.
The pink toilet seat was old and quite unsavoury looking, cracked and faded. Bedspread had an organic looking stain but was changed when pointed out to staff.
Like most travelers agreed, the location is very good.
Holes in sheets. Terrible dated decor. Un proffesional staff. Late check in hours, I understand they were "booked" the night before but not very accomodating.
The woman at the front desk was awesome. Good personality. Made us feel welcomed.
The hot tub, and the dinner was better than expected. I think they mentioned a new chef was in the kitchen that night.
The bathrooms ceilings and hotel halls were a bit dingy. Barely any WiFi access, I pretty much used my phone as a hotspot.
My boyfriend and I booked for Labour Day Weekend for just a getaway. We booked the Princess Jr Suite for the king size bed and in suite jacuzzi. The location is great on Main St seeing as the ocean is just a short drive and there is many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean and cozy. It was our first time in Hyannis and we will definitely be back and book here in the future.
The only thing I was particularly disappointed with was that only until I entered for the continental breakfast was I informed it was not included with my room type. As far as the booking went it had indicated that a free continental breakfast was included with stay and not based on room type.
If you thinking about booking this place, don't. I stayed in good hotels, bad hotels, motels, etc, but this place is the league of their own. Starting with incompetent staff at the front desk and then the room experience. It's not only old and smelly, but furniture is broken, dirty sheets, 30 year old air conditioner, filthy bathtub. I mean it can't get any worse that this. They kept changing our room after non stop complaints, but all of the rooms seem the same at the end. Avoid at all costs!!!
Everything outside of the check-in process was great!!!
Front desk associate apon arrival was very rude and displeasant. I came in a little early and am aware that early check-ins are not always available. However, rather then explaing to me what was going on and when I would be able to get into a room, I was meet with rudeness. I simply asked when I would be able to get into my room and the associate brushed me off and told me "The room will be ready when it's ready." I then asked if I could leave my luggage at the desk until my room was ready and again rudeness. End of the story, all he had to do was tell me when I would be able to get in but he was completely unprofessional and rude.
Convenience to downtown.
Room 135 Smelled like a dirty ashtray, bathroom was dirty. Tub "puttied" looked like a nasty brown stain in tub. Manager at front desk extremely RUDE! accused me of not paying.. when I had. she confused me with another guest..great way to be treated after spending over $175.00 for 2 rooms, in a smelly, old hotel, furniture in room 237 stained, old, looked like it came from a dump. would never stay here again. also no parking at midnight after coming back late from a wedding.
No one told us there was breakfast. And the pictures for our suite online were completely different from the room that we got. Although the room was still excellent we were disappointed for 10 minutes but didn't want to make a stink.
They have me the wrong room at first. I knew I booked the princess suite but they sent us to Waldorf. Luckily I saved my email. Other then that it was great.
late check in no carpet in rooms
The staff were very helpful. The suite was nice, the 4 head shower for 2 was interesting. Dinner on the patio was nice. Walking distance to a variety of shops. I would recommend the 2nd floor suites
The tables in the dinning room were too close together seating wasn't great for breakfast. Being on the first floor the noise from the tub above was loud. Also one of the out side doors would slam with a loud noise at all hours of the night not good if light sleeper.
I did like a room I thought I booked.
was not given the correct room that was booked.
Stayed two nights with a friend, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, plenty of space, helpful staff. Decor not up to date but we didn't really care. Cleanliness was not bad either.
Red light in bathroom. Decor. Loud air con
Location to center of Hyannis and other sites great. Very quiet inside / outside of Inn. Staff was very nice.
Rules about using towels more than once. Keeping water off when brushing teeth or washing up. Tub in room not good for short folks to get into. If you wanted to use the tub, the cold water was out took 3 days to fix.
There was an additional charge that I was unaware of for electricity or water.. I don't quite remember. I was dissapointed that the price was higher when I checked in, than when I booked the room. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere.
Price was great, location awesome, rooms big, hot tub clean and relaxing.
Just appeared very old, some new paint, furniture and bedding would go along way. Very dated.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this hotel. Its an Inn located on Main Street close to restaurants, bars and beach. It's not a 5* hotel but it's a great hotel for a long week end stay. I would def recommend it.
I found some rooms available on the internet. Showed up late & tired & the girl at the desk told me all the rooms were dirty & I could not stay there. I said I could wait. I sat and watched as 3 people did nothing! Then I talked her into letting me stay in a dirty room as I was too tired to go anywhere. They did let me stay but did nothing to help me & they could have cleaned the room! They did nothing & were very rude! I had a disappointing experience. This was Cape Cod, MA.
Location was good.
Toilet did not flush, room smelled moldy. Mattresses old, linens not updated.
jacuzzi in the bathroom, spacious room, ample parking, close to everything in Hyannis
a little sandy and some dirt around places it shouldn't have been.
