The girl at the front desk told us she would call to see how things were going but never did, she also never told us when breakfast was so we missed that. There was landscaping at 6 am (!!!!) which woke us up and the room door kept making a creaking sound like someone was trying to break in.
The bed was really comfortable and the jacuzzi was amazing.
Didn't like that the hot tub wasn't cleaned after our one use of it when they came to clean the room had to clean it ourselves
Really likes the it tub that was in the room and the fact that there was a separate living space from the bedroom.
Water damage in bathroom due to previous resident that probably overflowed the jacuzzi. Bad choice of puke salmon on trim did not fit well with bright red curtains and off-white walls. Made for poor decor.
Great front desk manager. Fulfilled my wish for one of their packages at a cost much less than what I was originally told.
Sat on hold for room service for 35 minutes, hung up & ordered a pizza from papa johns. All the soda machines were completely sold out of all selections. Seemed more like a college party hotel than a nice place. Parking lot was poirly maintained , ice in frongbof entrances.
It was right on main st. In Hyannis
Non smoking wish there was one designated smoking building.
The place was great, very clean, comfortable, and romantic. Had a good time, I recommend it. ****
There was cold wind coming out of the AC wall and my two year old coughed the whole night; The morning front desk lady, Glycia, was very disrespectful to us and didn't care at all bout what we were complaining; The beds were smaller than regular size ones; They do not provide cribs, but they advertise they do in the website; The swimming pool is seasonal, but the picture in the website leads us to believe it is an indoor pool; They didn't want to provide us with a roller bed, even if we paid the fee... Complete disaster.
Only the restaurant!
What I didn't like was hot tub would turn off every time I got in and sat then there were bugs at the corners of the room the pool was broken the movie thing was broke and the girl at the desk was rude she laughed every time I asked about something and said it was wrong broken pool broken movie thing hot tub dial didn't work it would turn off every time I got in
Dont go there
There is no way to fit this in with two or three sentences
That after trying every vending machine for a drink and not one working and the person at the front desk when asked where I could get a drink and her saying a store. The bar tender gave me a free water.
I loved the four shower head. I enjoyed the in-room Jacuzzi.
Very few people were staying there while we were there. And they put us way in the back, which was actually nice and quiet. BUT, we had hot water problems. They worked quickly to resolve, and we were fine.
The staff were all extremely helpful, and couldn't have been nicer. External facilities were a little dated, but room was roomy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, too. Best thing of all was that it was in the middle of everything... At least in off season!
Parking. Had to park very far away for our building
My room was right near the door to the building so I heard everyone who came in and out. The two vending machines were literally right next to my door and were quite loud (and also completely sold out so what was the point?). My door's deadbolt didn't match up with the door jamb so I couldn't use it. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk attendant, she didn't bother pretending to care. Everything just seemed cheap. I'd say the place was run-down but I think it just wasn't very well-built in the first place. The price would have been okay in summer but in the middle of winter? Not worth it.
The whirlpool tub was great.
The room looked old. The furniture didn't match the picture (mirrored bed was a mirrored sitting area). My wife kept waking up because of late and loud people.
The Brazilian rest. next door and the daily paper breakfast are great. The room was nice but showed aging and even a cobweb.
The room service food was terrible our order was messed up and the chicken tasted like fish, it was horrible. Had to get sub's instead.
The room and hot tub was fabulous.
I paid more for the hotel than what was actually quoted to me. The room was clean but mediocre Nice jacuzzi tub but it was kinda cheesy because the mirrors were old and roughed up as was the furnishings and carpet, the toilet was not working right and the bathroom door was almost falling off the hinges. Also no direct access to our room and the hallways were freezing
The location was great Not on the beach but we had an awesome dinner at the Brazilian Grill Definitely check this place out if you go to Hyannis
The moss growing on the AC unit was a major turn off. As was the filth in the hot tub, and shower. Also the 1980's decor and bed could probably stand an upgrade.
The price of the room was a big draw for my wife and I. If your looking for a not so expensive place for a getaway then it's not so bad.
Rooms seem to be smaller, I have been coming here for 2 times a year for 4 years and the rooms seem to b smaller each stay
Staff was horribly rude! Never received any service at the restaurant after waiting an hour and 30 mlnutes! Very unprofessional staff!!!!!!!!! Ne er did stay there requested a refund!
Nothing at all
We were a group of college students in town for a conference. We booked at the International Inn to beat the big storm, and wound up being snowed in for an extra night! The staff was super friendly and tremendously accommodating, considering the rough circumstances! Will definitely visit again - once the snow melts, maybe!!!
The staff are clueless as to most of whats going on around them, the staff/service at the restaurant was terrible. Also wish that the room Princess Jr. Suite was more like a suite than a room with a big tub!
The room is great, hot tub is AMAZING to have right in the room and the room was clean and comfy. We enjoy our stay and would go back again, better in the summertime!
Almost everything else.
It is right on the strip, and easy to get to bars and night spots.
THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER NIGHT I HAD TO GO HOME SICK NRVER USED THE ROOM THEY HAVE EMPTY ROOMS ALL THE TIME THEY SOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A FRRE NIGHT!!!!!
