Cold near the window
They try to show themselves cool and easy going, but actually they are very weird! There was a girl doing handstand at the front desk when I was checking out! She clearly thought that that was really cool! Besides that almost everybody were doing alcohol and God knows what else! The beds are awful! Nobody never cleaned that place during the time I was there! The breakfast is ridiculous! (Should have taken pics of it! ) The worst I have been so far!!!
The bed I stayed it was a little rickety and hard, but I was only there for 2 nights and I actually slept ok.
Just about everything! Location - close to train station, in the middle of Little Italy. The hostel itself was very friendly and hospitable. Lots of low cost activities & opportunities to meet fellow travelers. Excellent dinner and breakfast are included! They have towels at the desk you can borrow. The bathrooms are super clean and the lounging areas are relaxing.
There was too much noise from people partying outside. It impacted on getting a restful sleep.
The staff is great and you meet people from all over the world.
Luuuuuved the pumpkin pancakes!!!
If you need to go sleep early better if you take some earplugs sith you, might be noisy due to people talking
Staff is really nice, position is in San Diego downtown just 2 blocks from Little Italy. Wifi works perfectly. Bed is comfortable.
I Love how this hostel feels like a home, always meet great people, it's like traveling with family, the kind you actually love to hang out with ;)
- breakfast and dinner are included - different activities on every day
Some wifis dont work really well and my bed sheets were not that clean with hairs on it. But the atmosphere of the overall hostel covered even that.
The people there were so nice and all this great breakfast totally made the day. I already miss the pancakes and everything.
Great hostel with typical amenities, cool accommodation in little cabins, plenty of communal activities and nice backpacker vibe.
Nice people mostly international Clean comfy and nice Not enough showers and restrooms but clean! Breakfast and dinner provided by the halpfull staff Activities every day and there is an open inviornment about this place close to downtown San Diego but far enough not to be loud overall stay was great mellow and nice it's not a party hostel
-Noisy roommates -Room next to busy street
-Good atmosphere! -Semi-hippie vibe which is nice -Breakfast and dinner included
Just the wifi Connection....
Everything! Best Hostel I ever stayed at.
They had free breakfast and dinner, which made it so easy to meet other people. And they had a ton of activities, so take a couple of days in this hostel and you'll see all of San Diego!
Everything, excellent people, excellent service, nothing to complaint about this hostel, totally in love, looking forward to come back
The bed makes sounds whenever I moved.
Free break fast and dinner Nice staffs 10 minutes by walk from trolley
I can't think of anything
the people the food everything TRULY party hostel for international travelers with savvy and style.
Can't think of anything to dislike with location, staff, etc.
Did not know what to expect, but was very pleased with location, comfort, fee's. etc.
1. ITH provides a community for guests staying rather than just a basic hostel 2. Different to other hostels where your individual enjoyment seems less emphasises 3. Created a great ambience for any solo traveller - a place of belonging
Staff was more than accommodating, bathroom and showers were very clean, meals and activities were great.
i wish i could have stayed longer!
I loved this hostel :) i've stayed in dozens, in various countries, and ITH San Diego is, in my mind, tied for first place of all of the hostels i've ever had the pleasure of visiting (together with Greg and Tom's Hostel, Krakow). It is friendly from the word -go!-, incredibly welcoming, and fosters an inclusive environment at all times. Thank you, ITH, for making my stay in San Diego such a pleasure! Cheers, Jess xx
It's a awesome hostel, cheap for price, good location, and really fun activities everyday!
the room is too small for four people i think.
Friendly and helpful staff, vibrant decoration, plenty of activities offered, clean bathroom, room, kitchen, and lovely free breakfast. it is also relatively close to the san diego port area. so i totally enjoyed my jogging in the early morning. it also relatively close to the Balboa park, which i enjoyed totally.
I had other places to be, so I couldn't stay.
..the world would be a better place.
