The Service was EXCELLENT! The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I request a quite room and it was very quite. :o) The Queen size room was VERY small. Definitely too small for two adults!

Staff and location Too many odors from air fresheners and cooking. No room darkening blinds on windows. Could not enable closed captioning on tv. Small variety of food for breakfast.

Very nice for the price. Staff was friendly. While it was clearly a remodeled hotel, they did a nice job of modernizing it for the most part. Lobby smelled like the restaurant, not a pleasant smell. Continental breakfast was horrible.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were courteous. Room was basic but comfortable, was the right choice for our budget. Location is convenient, but you need to have a car to get around easily.

I was amazed at the quality and cleanliness of the fixtures, etc. Especially because of the low price. We were very comfortable. As my husband told me when we walked into our room, "You picked a good one." The parking lot was not easy for us to turn around in. We were in an extended cab truck.

Clean, well priced, and friendly staff. 10 min drive from Alderwood Mall; I had expected it to be walking distance. Not a big issue, since you probably need your car to carry home al lthe great deals :)

We booked via Internet to stay at a different hotel, namely Embassy suites. Somehow we ended up at Hotel International. It would have been useful if the receptionist could speak English because we had trouble communicating. Unable to communicate because receptionist could not speak English.

We have stayed here twice. The first time the bed was very soft and uncomfortable but I wanted to give it another chance so we booked here over New Year's. I requested a firm king bed. Once again it was very soft and uncomfortable only this time I have been experiencing severe back pain ever since sleeping in the bed...for 4 days now. I will not give this a hotel any more chances!! I'd rather pay a bit more and enjoy a restful sleep!
