Friendly staff. Super comfortable bed. Big room. Clean. Great value. I would stay here again. No complaints.
When we went out to our car to go to dinner, there was a drug deal going on in the parking lot at the back of the hotel! I told the desk clerk, but he seemed clueless. the next morning the person at the desk did not speak English. The desk clerk connected me to someone not the phone who seemed to understand the seriousness of the situation. The room itself seemed nice - better than some more expensive hotels, but some shortcuts became apparent - no padding on the rugs and thin walls - we could follow our neighbors around with our ears. The heater rattled so we had to turn it off.
Staff claimed we overflowed tube and awoke use almost four hours later at two in the morning in broken English! We will never stay here again!
The bed was comfortable, the room is big, the location was excelent.
The tiles in the bathroom was not renovated they look old and worn. The false ceiling in the breakfast hall is old and have signs of water leakage, that hall was nicely renovated except the ceiling. The room doors are old and not renovated and has big gaps so the light can pass around it. The breakfast is very poor they could have added more items but it looks like they don't have a kitchen,
The hotel and the room was very clean. Much nicer than anything I have seen in this price range for a while. The king bed was the most comfortable I have experienced I a hotel. The hotel decor was very nice, too. The room was a little plain, but that really isn't important. Plenty to eat with breakfast, though it really was carbohydrate heavy.
The driveway is a little confusing. You have to enter through the parking lot of the travel agency next to it. We didn't know that the first time and ended up driving all the way around. The only thing I would suggest is to request a Rom without a connecting doorway to another room It was so thin that I could clearly hear the person next to us duping and sorting change on the desk. Fortunately, though, our neighbor was otherwise very quiet.
Great price! Very friendly and courteous staff.
Shower was made for much shorter people. $50 deposit required to use debit card, which was not clarified at booking.
The manager is a welcoming host. We spoke of travel and the importance of journalism in community newspapers. The proximity of a budget hotel near Edmunds and Seattle is appreciated.
I had hoped there would be hot oatmeal with raisins served at breakfast. Seeing none, I wept.
Security lock didn't work. Had to get down on hands and knees to plug in heating system. Was awakened at 2:00 AM and told there was too much noise coming from my room! Lobby was icy cold. Remote didn't work. Poor WiFi connectivity. Staff had difficulty communicating in English. I won't be returning!!
A good value for the price
There were no pens or paper in the room. Nor were there written materials describing the facilities. Not even (not that it matters, but I found it strange) a Gideon Bible
Staff. Quiet location.
Room was not clean. Blankets not clean.
Staff was very polite and always willing to help. Room was very quiet considering it's on a busy street.
Next door to sushi restaurant so sometimes would smell fishy. Not really strong odor really.
The facilities were comfortable and the staff there are very nice and polite.
Wifi a little slow
Location, included breakfast, value for price.
Access from street was a little awkward.
location , price , staff friendly, free parking, internet
noisy from other rooms you hear any movement above you and hearing the shower noise, breakfast is the same daily
Water damaged ceilings in our room and in main lobby
Big bed - Big room
Run down Hotel, paper thin walls, no protein for breakfast, TV clarity - viewing was like 20 years ago. Bathroom made motel 6 look like Hyatt - Bad
This is the second time we've stayed at this facility in the past 5 mos. The room is clean & serviced nicely on a daily basis. Beds are comfortable. King room on top floor is spacious with small refrigerator and microwave. We spent minimal time at the hotel so the price & comfortable sleeping accomodations made it a good choice.
Minimal staffing was a bit of a challenge
Staff is wonderful, this is a totally remodeled facility from the first of the year until now, the rooms have a brand new look and feel and new linens, paint, wallpaper, and appliances- very lovely for the price of the rooms.
No complaints at all.
Lower price than nearby hotel, not close to the highway
Can hear the footsteps from upstairs and washroom in other rooms clearly
Ease of check-in. Close to where I needed to be. Very polite staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Can hear noise from the next room. Was a lack of coffee in the breakfast room one morning. Cans in the ventral foyer to catch water from leaks in the roof.
Very clean. Courteous staff. Nice size room.
When someone in the next room took a shower, the sound was very loud in our room. Enough to wake me every time.
Quitness of family hotel. Very helpful reception. Good comfort and clean rooms. Price.
Places to eat except fast food quite far away.
The bed was so comfortable.
The staff were not knowledgeable as far as what was available to eat and do in the area. The staff were all extremely nice which made up for it. Since we were on vacation, we just drove around the area.
