The air condition was too weak for Florida in August!
ROOMS ARE NOT RESORT ACCOMADATING.OUTER APPEARANCE OF HOTEL NEEDS RENOVATION AND ALSO INSIDE NEEDS MODIFICATION TO MORE CURRENT DECOR.NOT A RESORT HAD MUCH BETTER EXPERIANCE AT OTHER SIMPLE HOTELS.

Ac not working room not clean other staff member
Pool was dirty and was not cleaned lots of foliage in it. Pool area news a good clean and spruce up. The rooms we reserved were not both available and we had to swop rooms the next day. The room we got initially smelt of mould, the air conditioning was not working, and generally in poor condition. I complained and they moved us to a better room. However, they had told us at check in that there were no more rooms available. I have stayed here before and had a much better time and rooms were nicer. Hotel generally a bit run down overall.
Roaches, non functioning air conditioning, light did not work, dirty,out dated.

- Ran out of Coffee during 10 days; - Chairs missing on balcony; - Microwave oven missing in my room; - Refigerator missing in my room; - Maid service once every now & then...
The bathroom tub was dirty & peeling. The cable sucked & so did the old school a/c. The bed was so hard my daughter even complained. Also, alot of things in the room was rusted so bad but the hotel tried to paint over it. Especially in the bathroom which is not good.
Made several request to staff, and no follow up. Some of staff wasn't customer friendly at all.
The soap dispenser in the shower. I felt like I was in county jail. None of the items matched in the room. It looked like a hotel furniture graveyard. There also was this mystery phone in the bathroom that was not hooked up to anything. The room was really outdated. This hotel was probably awesome in 1980 but the only problem is that its 2014!

It is beyond my understanding how this property ever received a 3 star rating on booking.com. The rooms, 825, 826 are in disrepair (ie. A/C inop, broken tiles in bath room, mold in tile grout in shower area, burn holes and stains in the carpets and drapes). Both rooms smelled moldy. I have pictures to support each of the aforementioned issues and would be glad to forward them. I had initially booked a six day stay, but decided to check out after the first night. I paid for the first night and I'm still waiting for the refund for the 5 days that I prepaid upon check in. It appears they're ineptitude extends to customer service as well. This place should be unrated or 1 star at best.
It's nice to be at the hotel and see what is around, the golf course, lagoons, green areas. It's not bad for the price on weekdays, the price increase on weekends
There are too many things that don't work, such as Wi Fi, the gym is a mess and the cable service is really poor.

Hardwood floors were nice.view overlooking a private golf course was lovely...one AA front desk staff on 2nd shift gave great service with a smile.
No wifi in rooms... building is very old. Room was very clean but smell stink with chlorine. No microwave in room. Housekeeping didnt clean. All inclusive resort and we didnt even have free continental breakfast. Probably wont be back.

The grounds were very pretty. You can tell this was a very nice hotel at one point, and its just breaking down slowly now. Very cool bathroom sink. Good rate for just my one night stay.
Our back patio door would not open. Off its tracks, and when I called to let them know, they said they had noone to come look at it. Sorry. There were bugs in the bathroom. Hair still on the sheets. Smelled funky in the room. Wifi didnt work either. Half my cable channels were not working. When I called--again--they said we have no staff to come look at it--sorry. I also asked if we could have one more blanket since one of my kids was gonna sleep on the couch--and they said they didnt have anymore? Customer service overall at this place was horrible. Mainly because they had no staff.
I like location of the resort. I the price is reasonable for a 3star. The receptionists are very welcoming.
nowadays, everyone need WiFi, especially in a Hotel. The WiFi must be upgraded. The furnitures in the rooms must be renovated.

Pool was closed the tiki bar closed early when I complained about the tv and the remote clicking on movies I did not order he said he could not do anything about it and he would charge me the 3 movies when I only ordered 1 the room smelled was not very clean the bed rattled and was un comfortable I would not recomend to no one to stay there
