Food was ok
Everything else. Especially the shuttle service for concert. Was terrible, why not get a bigger bus, as well as have a via Section.
Smoke. You can smell it through out the hotel. Invest in a better filter system
I especially liked the shower instead of a tub. I am partially handicapped and the room was great for this purpose. Room was clean and comfortable.
When using shower, water running out of shower onto bathroom floor. Would have liked a bench in front of hall mirror. Noise from outside hall quite audible. For price, would have liked a refrigerator.
The location and the kids stuff
The smell of smoke was horrible, and the fact you can't drink on the floor while gambling
The staff from the time you drive up is awesome. We belong to several hotel chains...but we thought we would give this a try & we will continue to stay here every trip to Albuquerque, NM. Great Sized Rooms, Beautiful Décor, Casino & Gift Shops, all fantastic!
The hotel was gorgeous and the room was well sized. The bed was comfy. The convention rooms were nice for the wedding we attended. The food from the restaurant downstairs was delicious! There was a good variety of slots in the casino area.
I could hear every noise from the elevator ding to people talking in the hallway. Not sound proof at all. And the shower was tiny! Awful water pressure and some dinky connection hose only had one setting, extra high! It was not relaxing or comfortable at all! The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. Also for the amount of $ spent on the room, I just expected more ammenities and better quality. The casino was a lot smaller than I expected.
Losing The casino slots were no giving any free spins if you put in five dollars you were lucky to get a cherry I lost 200 dollars in about hour Friday night
staff was friendly from the Valet to the front desk and very accomadating
Nice hotel rooms.
Everything decor wise needs renovation. Liked the rooms but furniture looked beat up.
Room was spacious, clean, and serviceable. We had dinner at Embers, a steakhouse w/in the resort; food was good, service was great (thanks Stefanie) and price was average.
Smokey Casino--very little opportunity to play slots/other games in a smoke-free environment. The main Casino area was the smokiest place I,ve experienced in over a decade. I will not go back in the Casino.
Customer service was excellent.
Loud neighbors on the first night. Younger couples talking loudly and into early morning.
The shuttle service to and from the airport was very good and I didn't have to wait long. The variety of eateries was very good. I especially enjoyed the green chili stew.
Wish I could have won at the slots.
Did not like the fact that a casino you were not allowed to have alcohol in your room. Come on folks it is suppose to be a casino! People drink and spend money! So the only place you can drink is a small controlled circle with very few slot machines. Okay so me and my girl play the slots and start winning then for no reason say they can't serve us anymore. My thought is the eye in the sky saw us winning and figured if we cut off there drinks they will leave! Yep your right we did and we will never come back!
The price, it was too high. Price should always stay the same, just cause there is a concert/event in town, does not mean you should take advantage of your customers. Very disappointed in hiking the price.
Pool &hot tub
Poor view-rooms over priced-no frig-didn't like beds always hit mylegs on corner of bed, would not stay there again !
very friendly staff, nice room with a great view out over the valley
a bit out of town, which may not have been such a bad thing.
The staff was very friendly hotel clean. We had a great time will go again
Wi fi in rooms was awful you couldn't get any reception unless you went to the hall even without wifi
The bed was comfortable
Only 2 towels for 2 people in the room they were hard as a rock along w 1 robe. For 200.00 a night they can have more towels, cups, coffee.
It's a good place for family and fun!!
The islets people are friendly and very hospitable.
We were told we had access to the spa as hotel guests. When we arrived to the spa we were told we could not go in without paying. They said too bad that the front desk didn't know that the policy was changing.
I really liked how well the staff took care of us, including the valets...they were very helpful & courteous. Had a great time. :)
Wish the hot tub would have been indoors...& that there would have been more restaurants & shops.
Bed was very comfortable and A/C whisper-quiet. Bath & bedroom were spacious and stylish. Nice indoor-outdoor heated pool.
Just a couple quibbles: a) the hotel map we received at check-in was a copy of a copy, blurry and with tiny print. We spent several minutes trying to find the pool and restaurants, and b) although our room was smoke-free, there were many smokers in the casino and the smell permeated the hotel.
We were not told at check-in there would be a refundable security deposit of $50.00. I had difficulty getting someone who could help me when I called on the overcharge, and was initially told the extra was because I had cancelled a reservation, which I had not. People in the room next to us were yelling, crying, and in/out of the room banging doors into the late night. We could hear it all in our room, so we did not sleep well.
The food was excellent, and the staff was attentive and tried to please. Overall, we enjoyed our stay except for the glitches.
