Score from 108 reviews Wonderful
Food was very reasonable price and service at Embers Steak House was great; service at TIWA was slow to get started but when fairly well once ordered. Rooms are not very sound proof, hear conversations going on next door or kids down the hall. Nice pool and Hot Tub!!
SMOKE SMELL EVERY WHERE
Breakfast staff and Tower bar person were 5 star.
The whole facility was smokey and our room was horrible. The shower leaked and there was water that ran accross the bathroom floor. The shower head could not be adjusted. At 4 PM, our room had not been cleaned. The room lacked adquate lighing. We constantly heard the occupants in the next room
Great staff! Friendly! clean!
Waiting at restaurant and guy was rude. Thought I was getting a bigger room, reservation said executive suite, not a suite.
The junior suite was very nice and reasonably priced.
No matter where you went in the facility, you were bound to smell of cigarette smoke!
Everything was pretty great. Bed was ultra comfortable and gf loved the location and facilities. Staff was very helpful.
Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. View from our room was of adjacent roof top. Staff could not tell me what spa offers and price list.
It was clean.
The entire place smelled like smoke.
The king size bed.
Staff were clueless, I walked in and asked for a room, usually I'd say I spoke to a gentleman but this guy was a jerk. I asked for a room and he told me there were none left completely booked, maybe I did not look like a certain standard and maybe thats why he said there were no rooms. I walked out went to booking.com placed a reservation and when I walked back in, explained I just made a reservation to a different front desk personel, the one that told me there were no rooms left, "completely booked" wouldn't even look me in the face not even my direction. So I would have to assume that according to the way I was dressed, I didn't fit his criteria. Regardless of what or how he felt about me, I regret staying in this resort, non smoking rooms still felt like we were inhaling second hand smoke. Unless your into all that, I would not recommend It.
The staff were very friendly & professional.
The smell of smoke was inescapable. I would have thought there would be better filtration systems or something to neutralize the odor more.
Slots and table games both paid.
Smokey. Valentine's dinner at Embers less than satisfactory.
The set up
Beautiful view from our balcony. Deborah @ the front desk was vey helpful and knowledgeable about the property, as well as things to do in the surrounding area!
Nice to have a casino so close by.
The casino is a bit too far off from downtown.
Very clean, good hotel staff
Casino employees were not very friendly or helpful
Front desk staff, the room is spacious and comfortable, the soaking tub is amazing, quiet and private.
Checking out. Too soon!
Staff was very friendly and attentive, rooms were fairly comfortable, Embers Steakhouse was great.
Hotel does not have enough food options besides snack shacks, hotel lobby and casino are extremely smoky, cleaniliness not great, room prices high for the condition. Most casino/hotels have smokeless air filters, several restaurants and more amenities for the same price.
Pool Bar Food
The hotel and room were very good with good size, clean room and comfy bed.
Embers restaurant was closed Monday so we ate at The second restaurant had the steak (special) and it was terrible with cold potato and hard asparagus. Would not eat there again. The other was the center bar and came in with my husband and sat down. I got a cell call and had to step outside to hear. When I returned I was asked for ID. What was that about have never had that happen before and have been in Casinos all over the country.
The pool and tread mill
The smoke!!! There were no refrigerator or microwave. No snack machines
Lovely, spacious, clean room. The bathroom was luxurious and well appointed. There was a bathrobe for use also, but only one. :-)
Our room was next to housekeeping, so early in the morning we were awaken by noise. The room was also very warm with a continuous humming sound eminating from someplace all night.
everything you need is at the resort, big clean room, balcony room cost more but was well worth the price
Enjoyed the casino, but it is small, if you are going for the mostly the casino, we found a few other casinos in the area more enjoyable
My family and I stayed at Isleta Casino for the American English concert and enjoyed not only the concert but the hotel as well, my children loved that they were still able to swim in the fall!!
The only thing we were unsatisfied with was the WiFi service in our room
I liked the private balcony, the casino downstairs and the food.
The toilet would not stop running, and while bathing the shower was on, so I took a bath/shower at the same time. Most of the lights in our room didn't work and when we told the front desk they brushed it off so nothing got fixed during our stay. And for $200 a night I should've gotten a room that everything worked correctly! I mean I understand 1 thing wrong but all these things is ridiculous
Great place to stay, pool and restaurants and very close drive to downtown Albuquerque.
