spaciousness, 1 1/2 bathrooms. grounds, quiet at night, easy parking, veranda, general amenities.

Unit a little dark, no windows in bedroom, limited air circulation, crooked stove burner, towel rack fell off wall. But still, overall, good value for money.

Nice place. Great to have a pool.

Although clean, the appartement was really outdated, many bulbs not working etc. The walls are very thin, you can hear almost everything your neighbour does. So as from upstairs... The inner bedroom in the one-bedroom appartement is very hot as thereis no window or aircon there (only a ventilator on the ceiling). There is no possibility to have breakfast nearby (no shop, no diner - so you have to go to the town every morning).

The address of the hotel was wrong on booking website. We thought we were staying near everything in oak bluff and instead we ended up in the middle of nowhere. Needed to take the bus to everything

We ended up getting upgraded due to maintenance so that was nice since it was out anniversary. It was nice overall.

Wifi wasn't always working but that didn't really bother us. The room had lights out and the slider shades were busted. The drink machines outside were pretty sketchy. Lost money in one and they were lit up completely. Time to replace them I think. There was a section of road when you come around from the resturaunt to the actual rooms with no light and it is very dark at night...needs a lamp post.

Rustic setting conveniently located between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs...inside - modern cabins... many cable channels, irons, some rooms with kitchenettes...excellent value for the money... immaculate housekeeping... extremely friendly and helpful desk staff

Nothing! Some people might prefer a hotel in the heart of Edgartown, but we were delighted with this location

    Location was private.

It was old, and in dire need of updates and improvements. The beds were very old, & uncomfortable and squeaked with each movement. The kitchenette was decrepit, and the faucet dripped all day & night. The bathroom was newish, but the tub floor was uneven, and could potentially be a major hazard. They also charged for a small pack of coffee, too. Overall, not a good choice... Would not recommend.

i liked the room layout. Staff seemed Very friendly.

spider webs in our room. hair in our bed-sheets (not mine) bed cover seemed dusty smelly. not enough pillows no moisturizer. (i usually bring my own and the hotel has it first time i did not bring my own). The room had major cracks in the beams worried about safety

We loved How close the inn was to Oak Bluffs' attraction and the amenities, especially the pool!

We really have nothing to complain about!

The food at the restaurant Hooked was really good. The grounds was beautiful.

The rooms need to be upgraded. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The kitchen refrigerator and cabinets were old and in poor condition. If the owner(s) updated the rooms, this would be a good place to stay and I would return.

Value for money. Cleanliness. Microwave, refrigerator, utensils and kitchenette. Kids play area. Excellent surroundings. Stay in a level 2 studio as requested. Friendly people around.

Lack of an exhaust fan in toilet/bathroom.

We liked the convenience of having a kitchen and cable.

The place is in need of much repair and updating. The rooms are dark. One doesn't mind the rustic atmosphere, but roughing it shouldn't be required for the money they want for these accommodations. My family lives on the Vineyard. But we wanted to have a romantic get away while spending time with family. We ended up spending more time with family because of accommodations.
