the attention starting at front desk the place was nice and clean the apartments was awesome all nice and clean
Price facilities and location
When we arrived at Island Park we were surprised that our room was large, warm, clean. I particularly like the fully equipped kitchen. I spent three nights there. Me and my friend cooked and enjoy the sofa , TV, outdoor view. Even though my schedule is a bit tight Island Park still makes me feel I am on vacation.
Awesom location 13 miles from west yellowstone, pool, golf course, large bbq grills!
Staff should police the younger kids in the pool area more. Diving, jumping, cannon balls around seniors disturbed me when it is so posted. Parents were oblivious, someone should step in.
Mostly the kitchen, but not the crock pot. It was too old to leave on all day while we went to Yellowstone, which was way too far away. Might be better for someone staying on premise. Small window of time when office staffed.
The top of the lamp & shade came off in my hand when I turned off the light by the bed. It was already broken. Glass sliver in thumb. No air & couldn't leave windows open; it's next to busy highway w/lots of semi traffic at all hours. Sleeper sofa uncomfortable.
Can't tell u much . Just slept and left. Early check out 9:00 was unusual tho.
Facilities nice but dated.
Two night stay, informed in check-in packet that we had to change rooms for second night.
The apartments are well equipped for self catering. We spent our days in Yellowstone & went to the Grizzly bear discovery centre. We hardly saw any staff but those we saw were very friendly..
The lady in the restaurant was very abrupt, certainly not the best service
good position, quiet
moquette in bedroom, unconfortable bed in living room
Nice large rooms, nicely decorated, very comfortable
Noise from highway.
Great cabin, but more like an apartment. 1 bed room / 1 bath, sofa Bed, full kitchen, all the basics supplied (cookware, dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, pots/pans, etc.) We really enjoyed our stay, wish we had made more time to use more of the facilities, grills, picnic areas, etc. Only about :45 from the West entrance to Yellowstone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I liked the extra room in the two bedroom condo. Very comfortable and homey. The condo was nice and clean for the most part. It was a full sized, well equipped kitchen. Condo had all the linen/towels, dishes/cookware you could ever need.
The clubhouse and office are dingy. The place is 22 min drive from Yellowstone entrance. The carpets were stained (but the place was generally clean) and the furniture in living room is dated but comfortable.
This condo was very convenient for travel to and from Yellowstone park. Great for a small family since it has a full kitchen and play area for kids.
It does not have central air, but it was cool at night with windows open.
Except I wish to see more employees to interact coz I met only one, Logan who was extremly helpful... but after 5 no one to ask personally or answer the phone.
Laundry facilities in each unit would be much perfered.
full furnishings, the maintenance staff was friendly and helpful
The bed was small and uncomfortable.
Actually everything was ok.
Looks like this lodge worried more about their own comfort than customer who suppose to stay and also pay heavy price. First thing I didn't like on Sunday office opens at 12 noon and check out at 9 am. So I can't go to reception and get my receipt and I had couple of questions as well. So that thing put me off. I had couple of question to front desk and she is always away. Also they had 100 dollars deposit authorize on my account and it is still in pending. and they never send me any check out receipt. And it is over priced. Rooms didn't have coffee.
Loved the accommodations. Excellent location. Great price. Would definitely stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Very well equipped and nicely furnished. Our unit was comfortable but dated. Seemed very nice for families. There is a superb restaurant next door for dinner.
The owners are available limited hours so we never saw them. It really was farther from Yellowstone Park than we would have preferred. No internet.
Very comfortable and very well provided for. A grocery store and a restaurant almost on the premises added to the comfort. Very serene place.
There is no wifi. Internet on phone also does not work.
Condo was nicely decorated with plenty of room. Had all kitchen necessities one could want. Excellent view from balcony.
they are on a loop drive in the national forest where there are wildlife such as moose and rainbow tout which we didn't even see in the nationalpark.
Loved everything about our stay. We plan on a return visit.
room had a musty smell
