We stayed 1 night but wanted to be closer to the park. I asked the office if we moved would we be charged for 3 nights. They said no but I was. I would not recommend it to anyone as they do know what to advise people
the roominess of the cabins was nice. plenty of room to stretch out and not be cramped for six people. The kitchen was nice to cook in after spending most of the day out sight seeing. the overall stay was just nice
That the pool had recently been closed and will most likely not reopen. huge bummer for our kids
Location on the golf course was very nice. Quiet. Really spacious unit. Two large bedrooms and two full baths. Fully equipped kitchen and great gas operated fireplace. Two guys fishing stayed there, and we were pleased with the unit.
Clubhouse with hot tub and pool was closed permanently. If you don't care about these amenities, Timbers is a good value. TV and number of channels need to be upgraded. No internet.
Spacious apartment well equipped and extremely clean
Property was lovely- nice to back up to golf course
Beds/ mattresses were terrible
We liked everything about unit 169. The décor was tasteful. It was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Peaceful, quiet. Comfortable beds. A great deck off the living room Two bathrooms with plenty of hot water. We will return for future vacations.
The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave this great place.
The facilities were very good in the unit and the unit was very clean an well looked after.
We were in a second floor unit and with the frost we had to be very careful using the exterior stairs because of frost, especially when moving our luggage. Accommodation is 21 miles away from West Yellowstone, which we found a bit of a drag after a long day in the park.
We really enjoyed the view and the calmed area. We liked the idea of waking up to brew our own coffee... and be able to walk around the beautiful lands. The room was very clean and odor free. Good amenities!
We didn't like the fact that we booked in for 4 adults and in fact we only have one double bed. Unfortunately even dough we were offered a sofa bed, it was in a very poor condition, and the other couple ended sleeping on the bear floor.
very large chalet fully equiped kitchen Very complete f.e 2 bathrooms, good size of bedrooms, 3 TV's, Charming fireplace view on the golf surrounding vacation feeling
no coffee available - all equipment but no coffee no wifi in chalet - only close to office
The location is very nice, not so far from yellowstone national park, the kitchen is fully furnished, there is a golf course near the village.
The bed was terrible, you can feel the springs of the mattress in your living flesh, I asked the reception to replace it with another one, but they told me it wasn't possible. I payed almost $ 900 for a 3 nights stay, but I couldn't sleep.
the attention starting at front desk the place was nice and clean the apartments was awesome all nice and clean
Price facilities and location
When we arrived at Island Park we were surprised that our room was large, warm, clean. I particularly like the fully equipped kitchen. I spent three nights there. Me and my friend cooked and enjoy the sofa , TV, outdoor view. Even though my schedule is a bit tight Island Park still makes me feel I am on vacation.
Awesom location 13 miles from west yellowstone, pool, golf course, large bbq grills!
Staff should police the younger kids in the pool area more. Diving, jumping, cannon balls around seniors disturbed me when it is so posted. Parents were oblivious, someone should step in.
Mostly the kitchen, but not the crock pot. It was too old to leave on all day while we went to Yellowstone, which was way too far away. Might be better for someone staying on premise. Small window of time when office staffed.
The top of the lamp & shade came off in my hand when I turned off the light by the bed. It was already broken. Glass sliver in thumb. No air & couldn't leave windows open; it's next to busy highway w/lots of semi traffic at all hours. Sleeper sofa uncomfortable.
Can't tell u much . Just slept and left. Early check out 9:00 was unusual tho.
Facilities nice but dated.
Two night stay, informed in check-in packet that we had to change rooms for second night.
The apartments are well equipped for self catering. We spent our days in Yellowstone & went to the Grizzly bear discovery centre. We hardly saw any staff but those we saw were very friendly..
The lady in the restaurant was very abrupt, certainly not the best service
good position, quiet
moquette in bedroom, unconfortable bed in living room
Nice large rooms, nicely decorated, very comfortable
Noise from highway.
Great cabin, but more like an apartment. 1 bed room / 1 bath, sofa Bed, full kitchen, all the basics supplied (cookware, dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, pots/pans, etc.) We really enjoyed our stay, wish we had made more time to use more of the facilities, grills, picnic areas, etc. Only about :45 from the West entrance to Yellowstone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I liked the extra room in the two bedroom condo. Very comfortable and homey. The condo was nice and clean for the most part. It was a full sized, well equipped kitchen. Condo had all the linen/towels, dishes/cookware you could ever need.
The clubhouse and office are dingy. The place is 22 min drive from Yellowstone entrance. The carpets were stained (but the place was generally clean) and the furniture in living room is dated but comfortable.
This condo was very convenient for travel to and from Yellowstone park. Great for a small family since it has a full kitchen and play area for kids.
It does not have central air, but it was cool at night with windows open.
Except I wish to see more employees to interact coz I met only one, Logan who was extremly helpful... but after 5 no one to ask personally or answer the phone.
Laundry facilities in each unit would be much perfered.
