    Room was clean. Staff friendly.

    The noise was unbelievable. Kids running around screaming at 11pm. Noisy drunks in the bar until 3am. All sounds echoed around the whole place meaning that sleep was impossible. We complained twice but nothing was done.

    The staff were very informative, friendly and did an excellent job. Front desk staff member James was particularly helpful giving me directions to local attractions and selecting us the best room available, he was very professional. We also very much enjoyed the restaurant, the food and wine was very very good, our waiter and chef did an excellent job catering for my girlfriends special food requirements.

    One of the lifts was out of action and the remaining working lift was very slow.

    Worst experience at a hotel ever

    Did not get the room we requested when booking and the room we were moved to was handicap accessible. The stay was for our anniversary and it was not romantic due to the room because the shower had handicap rails and the took smelled like mildew.

    It was close to the reception hall. The wedding party was staying as well.

    Our room's air conditioning was broken. The room went up to 83 degrees at one point. I called down to the front desk and they didn't even offer a fan. After I complained again the next morning, the man at the front desk was friendly but at first said there was nothing that he could do. Then he found a way to give me a $40 refund but made it seem that he was doing me a favor.
