This hotel was phenomenal. Very classy and modern and just very high end. The room decor was nice especially the bathroom and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Spacious rooms with great customer service. Loved the modern design. The treats every night with the weather report for the next day was a nice touch.
Could hear rooms and hallways beside us. Wish bathrooms had a dinner light, it was hard to relax in the tub with the bright lights. Need an I pod dock, not a CD player
Excellent location , very helpful staff , clean , spacious rooms , this hotel is perfect for Chicago travellers .
I loved the shower, very unique. I also loved the location super close to Michigan without the traffic on Michigan.
Great location, helpful staff and well designed interiors.
Would be nice to have fresh lobby coffee and a newspaper. Very little investment but would have been a nice touch. Comparable to a Kimpton Hotel without the nice little imenities. Pillows were foam and hard to sleep on.
great location, and clean. big rooms better than i expected.
sky terrace wasn't open
Location. Staff. Bed.
Shower was a little weird. Service and schedule of the lobby bar/breakfast area was uneven and understanding of how the top floor deck work needed explaining. Since it rained one day there was nothing, but when you go up there you need to know what to do even when it is "open" for a drink/whatever.
Loved the room. It was nicely decorated and spacious. The tv in the bathroom mirror was quite something. There was also a tv in the bedroom area and the living room area. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Would like to stay at the Ivy Boutique Hotel again!
Free upgrade to a king suite
The Rooms Were Lovely.
The rooms were beautiful and up dated. The outdoor bar on the roof was amazing.
The view from our room was NOT pretty
Amazing room facility; Excellent location, close to Chicago's main avenue.
No breakfast area per si; Breakfast is à la carte;
The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms was fantastic. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel location was perfect.
It was the rooftop lounge that attracted us to this hotel, however, due to surrounding residences, it closes at midnight. Menu selection was also limited and hotel amenities lacked.
Attentive staff Excellent location with easy access to transport Rooms were modern and beautiful, and very comfortable
No on site fitness or spa services - arranged off site
The room was spectacular, clean, comfortable. Hotel staff were great.
The only complaint we had was the lighting in the room was a little dark. That's minor!
This hotel was wonderful! We've been upgraded to the best suite for free; had a king bed suite with great taste in design; everyone was kind and helpful; simply the best in Chicago!
Almost everything. The room was incredibly comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, location perfect.
I'm nitpicking to be honest, but the sound insulation in the room could be better, the noise in the hallway travelled very easily. It's a minor thing though.
- The hotel was steps away from Magnificent Mile and all the attractions that we were interested in going to: Crown Fountain, Millennium Park, subway to cubs game, shopping, catching the river cruise and garrett's popcorn shop! - The staff were also very friendly and offered their suggestions on the best restaurants
- It's a tad expensive ($200 a night) but then again, travelling is expensive!
Rooms are excellent
The location was wonderful. The room was beautiful, The rooftop bar was beautiful!
The valet took over 20 minutes to park our car and there was a mishap with our room charges.
The staff..Awesome! The rooms and bathrooms were very contemporary in styling with all the good stuff. Very comfortable. Within walking distance to navy pier...
Everything was great
Everything was wonderful.
That I had to leave.
