Location 1. I was not recognized by the Jumeirah loyalty program (check dubai - jumeirah beach and Burj) 2. our room was extremely small, I asked for bigger room (said I will pay for it) and nobody helped me. 3. I got no refund of deposit

The hotel is rather old as I thought it is new. It did not give me a feel of being a 5 star hotel more so as a 4 star. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Located on Central Park it was close to many of the cities attractions such as Times Square. The hotel had an old-style charm but the rooms were modernly furnished and had all the amenities you would need for a holiday. Space is a luxury in Manhattan so the room was smaller than I had expected especially for the price. And for such a luxury hotel it was disappointing to see they still used the bath/shower combination.

Location is great, staff friendly Unfortunately our room was is a poor condition, concerning cleanness, rug was wet at the entrance to the bathroom, many things are not maintained properly for ex: details in the bathroom were out of order, it is not appropriate for such a high priced hotel.

I liked the location which was suitable for sight seeing as well as shopping. I did not like the following; - room allocated did not have a view outside window - we looked at a brick wall(room 1227) - Bathrooms need to be upgraded as the hand shower did not fit into the hook and kept coming out. Finally we were there during the heatwave - the hotel did not supply water bottles in the room foc - which most 5 star hotels do - we have to pay mini bar proces for water. Poor show.

Clean, well appointed, great location. Was pleasantly surprised to the niceness of the hotel. Worth the extra $ for true comfort vs. Other hotels in the area that are not as nice Really everything was great. Only thing I noticed that was upon exiting hotel you can't help but smell all the horse manure as they stand there for park carriage rides.

Top notch location most comortable bed I have slept in in a hotel - ever. Regular rooms windows are kind of small nickel and diming for things like internet shouldn't happen in a hotel like this and room service pricing excessive even by nyc standards

Good location Our room had cockroaches. The hotel is old and smells of old age. The windows in the room went to the park as we wanted, but very dirty and not pleasant window.

The concierge service was outstanding before and during the trip. I have to recommend Michael who booked all our restaraunt reservations securing us the best tables at the top venues. He also arranged our itinerary for sightseeing, shopping, theatre and all our needs. He really made our trip memorable for all the family.
