The location and the bar/restaurant in the lobby..

No complaint..the bathroom could do with a redesign to make it appear bigger...

Very nice hotel with an excellent location. We staye din a Junior Suite which was nice but for the money one would expect a fresher appearance. Restaurant very good. Concierge very helpful as were all the staff.

We were made welcome from the minute our limousine pulled up outside and until we left It was our 30th wedding anniversary and there were 5 of us. Gabriella in reception was amazing. Champage and fresh fruit in our room to start the celebration, which was a gift from the hotel. Our 3 days went too fast. It was perfect in every sense. We will definately go back there. Thank you to everyone at Essex House who made this so memorable.

A nice hotel with clean and high quality rooms although the rooms are a bit small in size.

As soon as one checked out, it was if I did not exist. Had problems with storing my luggage and asking the staff to arrange airport transportation. The door staff were indifferent and did not even greet anyone going in or out. Infact my room was on the 6th floor on top of the main entrance and you could hear the gate people talking and laughing loudly.

Location is tops.

Lack of free wi-fi. It doesn't make sense to charge one $15 / day if you already pay $500.

The location was wonderful. The staff was very nice, beautiful hotel and the reataurant next door even though we didn't eat there appeared to be a place we would go to if we had had more time.

The staff was very good. very polite and kind. My one issue with the hotel was that they didint offer the I pod dock in every room. It was inconvient that we had to special request for something that a room should already have. Plus when I calld down for one I never received one untilt he last day at my stay.

The location was just perfect, very close to time square but still in a quiet area. Having central park just accross was great. Everything is near by in walking distance, whether its shops, restaurants, cinemas..etc. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they almost planned all my trips around the city and showed me how to go and where, and gave me print outs of schedules & timings.

Nothing, it was great, and the next time I go to nyc, i'll be booking there.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 times including this last one and the main reason we are returning back again was its location right by the Central Park, close to the museums and some shopping destinations.

The prices have gone up unreasonably while the service and the facilities stayed the same. The bad smell of horses outside the hotel was a real disappointment, we could smell the hotel direction miles away. Would probably not going back again.
