the Bathroom isn't working at all from all parts as if it's very old one, also the water cuts frequently.

Location

Poor breakfast facility 1 small 2 slice toaster, very little vegetarian no mushrooms, beans or similar. No bar when private function on which was most of the time. Little or no ambience or atmosphere. All 4 of our rooms had awful views. Having cost 15000 dollars for 5 nights we expected a little more, also virtually impossible to open blinds in windows. No facility for in room tea/coffee making. You could however had a cup delivered which would have cost 18 dollars + tip.

The location is perfect. The room looked pretty and it was comfortable, even if we had absolutely no view out our windows. The enclosed concrete roof view at least gave us quiet at night.

We got a good price from Booking.com so it's hard to complain. The staff was repeatedly unresponsive to our requests. The gym is mediocre. This hotel wasn't up to the jw designation. Just a typical Marriott.

the staff were friendly and helpful. michael, the Concierge was enthusiastic and wonderful. Gave great recommendations.

We changed 2 times the room because of noise, there was nobody to clean the room,in total- very chaotic! Many people, very friendly but not good in their business!!

Great room with 2 double beds. We shared room with our 14 yr old son. Roomy. Great location fir theatre an shopping.

Rm stated breakfast included then charged us for another adult. Breakfast very expensive.

The concierge Kevin Owens was THE BEST!

Your staff was commendable. Very courteous, professional and helpful. I also want to single out Cezar Vasquez. He was excellent in how my family was handled. Kudos to the team!

Wifi wasn't too strong.

Professionalism of staff - Reception, Concierge, restaurant staff. Great advice given when asked. The atmosphere in the hotel was very calm; huge sense of attentiveness coming from high level of staffing. Room comfortable, modern and clean. All made for a very enjoyable stay.

Rooms are on the small size but extremely comfortable. Location is perfect for exploring the city - you can easily walk to many major tourist sites. Directly across the street from Central Park and very close to most theatres. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. An excellent stay!

A bit pricey but this is the norm for NYC.

The location

Hotel was in disrepair (loose tiles, broken furniture, carpet coming up) and needs a deep clean in the places beyond where the maid service goes (space between tub and vanity was disgusting). Also, there were tools left in our room and no Marriott rewards amenities available.

The hotel room is not for luxury hotel is very average and we did not have outdoor view from the room really dissapointed!! the b'fast not so much choices very poor

I have received a bill for a spoon delivery, just because I have asked for a spoon from the room service!!!

The bed was very comfertable and clean. Nice touch with the automatic night lighting. The concierge desk was also excellent and very informative

shower head in the washroom wasnt properly attached, the tub was a bit dated, the restaurant pricing was incredibly expensive as were the bar items, the toilet would cycle on and off.

Great location. Friendly, accommodating staff. Nice views of Central Park (you pay a little more). Clean. Good sized room.

Good rooms.. a bit small but all facilities were perfect.

Very Strange (and I wonder why?) but this is one of the few hotels that dosent have a coffee / tea hot pot in the room.
