Everything was dirty

I would not ever stay there again this tge kind of motel u dont want sleep under the covers you get a bug bite or catch a disease i couldnt even take shower it was so dirty

The staff was very helpfully and kind.

The hotel room was dingy, dirty, and not what we had requested. There was a huge stain on the carpet that looked like a cleaned up blood puddle. The toilet became detached from the ground when you sat in it. There was the smell of smoke throughout the whole floor that our room was on. The sheets to the two queen beds in the room didn't fit& had stains on them. It was a disgusting room, the worst I've ever been in.

I did not like the carpet not cleaned..the bathroom had missplaced floor piece..there were no cups..no coffee maker...there were no TOWELS for later showering or the next morning..that is a strong NO NO for any hotel accomodations!!!!!!! there was a small hole in wall partition...hall way carpet was not clean...out side refreshment machines did clearly state to recieve change when purchasing cold beverages out side of room area...

When I arrived to the hotel the reservation was not correct. I booked a king room with a sliding glass door per your website. Then called and confirmed this with the staff the day of my arrival to have the patio due to breathing issues. I was assured that this would not be a problem. The desk agent at 9:00pm on the 26th didn’t have the room available and had a hard time finding a room for myself and my guest After I explaining that the website was misleading and none of the amenities advertised were available. NO gym, NO bar, NO restaurant The room wasn’t cleaned properly condoms were found under the bed along with used aluminum foil with ashes. After returning from a long evening about 1:30am I came back to the room and retired only to find that the toilet didn’t work I called to the front desk and the person at the desk told me that there was nothing that they could do about it and they were not able to change my room at that time asked for towels and was told that there were none, and that they staff would not know when there would be any, almost getting into a physical altercation with the Hispanic houseman working in the housekeeping department

helpful staff....was told about the ferry from oakland to SF Fisher'man's wharf, which i took my son to....usually take BART and then Cable car to wharf, but ferry was less expensive and direct access

room was dirty and made sure my 6 year old kept his shoes on becuase the carpet was not just tired, but quite filthy...rooms need upgrades badly...had to request towels and then they were taken before i could use again....

The receptionist was good. The hotel was reasonably clean. Location fair.

Train rain every 30min into the late evening and early morning. The run down room Beds were poor, lien poor, the bedding sucked. The hot water would not heat up beyond warm. The heater was out, only air condition could not take shower due to, no hot water. I will never go back, in the process of Yelping hotel.

It was close to where I was doing business.

No dress code for staff. Building was dirty. Room was very 1990 look, needs to be updated with new furniture and my room had a crack in the wall that should have been fix before letting a customer book it.

Location is great because of close proximity to the Oakland Amtrak station.

Hotel is in terrible shape and in need of a complete reconditioning. Only lite in the main room where beds are located is a nightstand and it didn't work. Carpets are worn and ripped, tile is cracked and broken in bathroom. the only thing on the wall in the bathroom is the holder where the hair dryer used to ber.

Most of all the price! Second the location to best parts of oakland, to the ferry to sfo and other bay area cities. The tube (bart) is very close. There are discount stores near by for food, booze, and items from around the world. Excellent cambodian restaurand around the corner up broadway four or five blocks just before chinatown . old town is adjacent to chinatown.

Most of the staff were friendly and professional especially Howard. Housekeeping kept my room clean.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all the whole hotel needs to be refurbished. It inst work the $55 per night that I paid. The carpeting in my room was filthy, the hallway was dingy and smelly. Worst of all I was on teh second floor and the hall had a strong odor of marijuana which drifted into my room at night. My shower did not work they send a handy man to try to fixed it. He taped it up with masking tape but I could not get water to come out the shower. The phone in the room did not work so I had to go downstairs to talk to the front desk . I am glad there was no emergency. Even though I complained all I got was that it would be put on a list to be repaired. I spent 3 days in this junk hotel because I had no choice. You should give serious thought about removing this hotel from your booking list. I was very disappointed with this hotel. Junk, junk, junk

There was nothing to be liked

Overall it was substandard.The features exept the TV were non existent. We spend some valuable time to get towels, clean pillow cases, blankets and hairdryer.The room was not made up during our 2 day stay. The staff of the hotel was unprofessionell and obvious understaffed.

Location to ferry services and Jack London Square

Tv didn't work after first night reported but didn't resolve no breakfast even though listed. No towels Staff didn't seem to care what we needed. Not interested in their guests. Trains run literally outside the front door all night. Could hear everything going on in room next door.

Carpet is very old, dirty with a lot of cigarette burns. No A/C. They only put 3 towels in the room. Needs overall maintanence.

My room was horrible. There was no soup and shampoo. In my friend's room was no ashtray. The hotel very close with railway and it is bad area. In my room №324 was bedbugs and now I have itch and covered with red spots. My friend had no problem with this but who knows how many rooms are having bedbugs. Probably they will handle it but anyway it is an indicator of very bad and not clean place. Also my card from room didn't work every day. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel.

It was clean enough, and in a great location! Lots of things to discover in the neighbourhood.

It was minimal - we had no trash can and 1 towel for a room with 2 beds. Next to the train tracks, which I actually enjoy but it could be a problem for others.

Very close to ferry terminal & restaurants!

Room had no towels or ice bucket. Toilet was clogged and had a funky odor. Once maintenance was called the problem was resolved immediately, however would have been nice to have a prepared room ready for us since the hotel wasn't that busy that particular night.

Doing orders online

The people at the desk tried to add $11 to my bill after I checked out because of taxes, we were booked online for $75 and then they told us we need to pay $85 per night with taxex, Then the person that checked us out, tried to get another $11 because of taxes.

The location

The rooms look as if management doesn't care; it also looks as if the clientele they service are drug sellers and users. The dressers have burn marks, the carpet us dirty, the curtains are dangling from the rods..... The rooms don't look sanitary.

I urge you to please delete this establishment from your site. The place is unkempt, dangerous and dirty. We left five minutes after checking into our room.
